Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

3 bedroom converted cottage in steading with charm and quirky appeal. Located on a small holding with miniature donkeys, pigmy goats, friendly VBN sheep and free range chickens to keep you entertained. Ample parking with courtyard access to your private garden with wood fired hot tub, dinning area and bbq to relax. Explore the extensive grounds, woodlands, orchard, bee garden, and wildlife pond. Duck down bedding with blackout blinds for a very comfortable sleep in a peaceful setting.

Annexe Lodge cottage in Drymen

Campsie View is a modern cottage near the centre of the charming village of Drymen. It is an ideal base to explore the beautiful area of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. "Campsie View" consists of two bedrooms, one modern shower room, and an upstairs open-plan living and dining area with wonderful views. The main bedroom has a King-size double bed. The second bedroom has a Queen-size double bed below a single bunk. Both bedrooms have their own sink and the shower room is across the corridor.

This luxury bespoke shepherd's hut was handcrafted on site and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The exclusive electric hot tub is covered with a custom made wooden shelter for ultimate privacy and shelter from the Scottish weather. The sole hut is located in a small private paddock at the back of our farm in the village of Banton. With WiFi, smart TV, fridge, induction hob, microwave with oven, electric shower and hot water you can enjoy glamping without sacrificing your daily must-haves.

Enjoy the beauty of Loch Voil, explore the hills or watch the wildlife. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub or retreat to the Nordic-style BBQ hut* to round off the day (*subject to availability).

Buzzard is a cosy, dog-friendly barn conversion with original stone walls, a wood-burning fire, and a luxurious wood-fired hot tub, perfect for one or two couples, or a family. From the farm, enjoy beautiful views of the Menteith Hills and the Lake of Menteith, and set off on stunning walks right from your door. After a day of hiking, cycling, or exploring, unwind in the hot tub or by the fire. You can order a delicious meal from us and meet the cows as part of one of our experiences!

The contemporary retreat with its own private entrance and decked area is located overlooking Allt a’ Chaorach stream. The Annexe at Loch View Farm is a two bedroom, unique self catering cottage. The Annexe overlooks the privately owned Cowden Loch and has front row seat views of the mountains surrounding the tranquil village of Comrie in Perthshire. Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
