A perfect starting point for mountain hikes/top hikes, fishing, hunting and berry picking. Nice swimming facilities in the river. If you want shorter trips, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is sheltered, about 100 meters from the farm and has entered electricity but no running water in. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/wood stall. Good mobile/4G coverage.

We have horses and cats on the farm that you are of course allowed to greet🐴🐈‍⬛ The chance of seeing wild animals is also great. Here, moose, deer and reef live right outside the front door. Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og fyrfat. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.
