Storvika also has several bolted routes for rock climbing and the beach is widely used for windsurfing and kiting. Walking distance to train station and city centre. There may be some noise from the parking lot and industry during the day.

Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig.
