Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Wifi is slow. Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Nature reserve and a swim: 150 m. City: 15-20 min

A cozy little house, 100 m from a swim in the nature reserve. 20 min to Stockholm city. Private parking space and a terrace facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue facilities under the apple trees. The house is located in a garden and has no view from the main building or neighbours. 140 cm bed + a 120 cm wide bedding sofa. New bathroom and floors down stairs (2023). 350 m to bus stop or 1 km to subway. Several sandy beaches, restaurants, golf and other activities within 1-3 km.

The house is located on a hill in the very city center. 100 meters from harbour, restaurants, bus and boat communications. It is a perfect calm spot to discover the Stockholm archipelago and Stockholm city. 3 rooms, 65 sqm. En välutrustad lägenhet i bottenvåningen på en villa, egen ingång och uteplats. Gratis parkering. Nära till tunnelbana och buss, 10 min till mysigt lokalt centrum, 10 min tunnelbana till centrala Stockholm. Kök med diskmaskin. I sovrummet dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa som bäddas ut till 1.20-säng. Väldigt lugnt område, nära till både bad, affär, mysiga caféer. 15 min promenad till fin badbrygga. Barn är välkomna att använda studsmatta.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
