My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

The apartment has a combined living room with a large sofa and TV, a dining area, a seperate bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen containing an oven, microwave, frdige/ freezer and various cooking utensils. There is floor heating in the kitchen and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a small balcony. The apartment is in the first floor (2nd floor in Norwegian terms).

Enjoy nearby Godalen beach and scenic hiking trails. A playground and supermarket are only 100 meters away for your convenience. Free parking is available right outside the house. Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊
