The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

A beachfront home nestled among the trees with a new pool addition March 2023. Enjoy your own private retreat on the Forgotten Coast, known for spectacular fishing, scalloping, kayaking, hiking. A Golf course is only a minute away. Fish from our backyard or relax on hammocks among the trees. Gorgeous ocean views from the living/dining room, bedroom and deck and a sandy beach perfect for sunbathing or creating memories around a beach fire. Plenty of parking for boat/RV.

Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Wakulla River House - Watch the Manatees Swim By

Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.
