This place is amazing — the views of downtown Seattle are absolutely stunning! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Joe and Shengyin were incredibly professional and responsive throughout our stay. Their check-in instructions were clear, and communication was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a comfortable stay with unbeatable views and great hosts!

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

We were in Parksville for a celebration of life and were lucky enough to rent two air b&b’s right next to each other. This allowed us to accommodate our family and all be close. Lovely and quiet, set in the trees, short walk to the ocean, nice pub/restaurant near by too.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

Glen’s place was a gem and we were really glad we found ourselves there towards the end of our Vancouver vacation. We had a great time lounging on the patio while the kids played basketball out back. The house was comfortable and we were happy to have a working laundry as well as a great kitchen at our disposal. The location is perfect - short drive to beaches and UBC Botanical Garden, among other places. I do recommend this place to other visitors to Vancouver.

What a great space! Joanne’s place is very large, with ample room for five or six adults. The kitchen was awesome, complete with an air fryer and instant pot plus many other things you don’t typically find in an Airbnb kitchen! The furniture is also very comfortable, especially the couches. It felt like we walked into our own house, except it’s in the woods by the Parksville resorts and a five minute walk from a sandy beach! What a steal! We can’t wait to be back.

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

This was a perfect place to explore Seattle on foot. Walkable to Starbucks Reserve and Pikes Place Market in a quiet area. The rooftop is magical and I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

great location, super communicative host, clean, and amazing top floor deck! Photos of the place is accurate. Only thing to call out is the upstairs bathroom- it is insanely loud downstairs so much so you will wake who ever is staying down there anytime you shower, it sounds like you are banging around if you move in the shower at all and that the water is pouring out. It’s just noise, but something to be aware considering the price of the stay. If traveling with a family or on different schedules that can be a little disruptive. overall though, great spot.

We had a lovely time at this beachfront condo. It was a perfect blend of peaceful with some great things to do. tip..in the evenings walk down to the resort for firepits and corn hole. Had the beach to ourselves even on a holiday weekend. We saw whales a few times too! Place exactly as reported (but the BBQ is very small so don't plan on something bigger). Host very responsive.

Clean, convenient newer home. Well appointed. Attentive host with quick response. Note the stairs to bedrooms. The roof top deck was lovely - even without any seating.

We felt right at home in this space. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment exceeded expectations and was beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. Surrounding neighborhood was lovely, and just a short distance from attractions. Well stocked with towels, blankets, and all kitchen ammenities. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive with efficient and great solutions if things arose. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this beautiful place! In a safe and lovely neighborhood with friendly people, great restaurants and fun bars. So easy to walk to downtown and ride scooters back up the hill. The apartment is so clean and very beautifully decorated. The host was so kind and very responsive. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift and hand written card. ❤️ Wished we could have stayed longer to explore but will certainly be back.

We’ve stayed in a lot of Air BnBs over the years, and there’s almost always something that isn’t represented properly by the host. NOT the case here. The property was AS ADVERTISED, and is great. It had all the amenities you’d hope for and more, and the rooftop deck was our favorite feature. I enjoyed sitting out there every night and reading with the fire on while watching the sunset over the hill. Jason and Nikki were VERY responsive (not that we really needed anything). The neighborhood is definitely big-city urban, but my son and I felt completely safe walking to one of the restaurants a few blocks away at 10 PM. All in all a great experience, and we’ll be back next time we’re in Seattle.

The unit was excellent - townhouse complexes as part of a resort. Path down to the beach, but at high tide water reaches to the step down. Note that it isn’t a typical sandy beach, the the nearby Rathtrevor beach and Parksville community beach are a short drive and provide this experience. Unit itself is very well maintained and comfortable, very well stocked. Great launching pad for the many local kid friendly activities within 15-20 minute drive. Erica provided very clear instructions, and was immediately available when there was a (brief) power outage due to a nearby storm affecting power lines - resolved within a couple hours.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four, including two kids. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the nearby coffee shop—it was charming and within walking distance. The host’s guide was also full of great local recommendations for dining, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay here again!

We were two couples that stayed three nights. It was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The ocean view in the master bedroom is fabulous! The kitchen is equipped with nice appliances and we used the bbq. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity that we enjoyed. The path to the ocean is okay, however, there is no beach access. We would definitely stay in Dustin’s townhouse again.

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

the place couldn't have been in a more beautiful location. it was walkable to some incredible coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants. it was a short Uber ride to town and convenient to just about everywhere! our flight got in early and we were allowed to drop our bags off early and we just walked the neighborhood for a while. I will say that there was a bunch of dog hair all throughout the place as thought it had not been swept in some time. other than that, we loved the place!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.
