Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Strand

We had a great stay in this spacious home - perfect for chilled family time. The house is well equipped and we really enjoyed the pizza oven and hot tub. The local host was very helpful and responsive

What a wonderful time we had in Alex’s beautiful Higgovale House with its special atmosphere. A home from home we felt immediately at ease. The tropical gardens give the feeling of being in the midst of the jungle - despite being only minutes from the lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants and coffee shops (wine bar/coffee shop/deli Tamboerswinkel deserves a special mention). We felt very safe at night and enjoyed being able to access Cape Town‘s sights quickly. A highlight was our hike to Lions Head - again only a stone throw away from the house. Alex’s great communication throughout our stay was not surprising, given his friendly welcome and advice and whilst we didn’t stay long enough to get to know her, housekeeper Barbara also seemed very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Sunset Beach! From the moment we arrived, Barbara was the perfect host—so friendly and welcoming, always available to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking beach views that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our family had an amazing time, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the convenience of being so close to the beach. It was the perfect getaway for us to recharge and have fun together. We LOVED the house and felt very comfortable there. It is very quite, safe, close to the beach and the house is just beautiful. Very tasteful interior design and everything needed was there. We would love to come back some time. Definitely recommendable!!!

We had an amazing time at Jochen's House in Cape Town! This was our second visit, and once again, everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the stunning rooftop view and the relaxing jacuzzi. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay!

We loved staying at this place. Lots of space, the darts and pool table were great extras. Communication was wonderful, quick to respond or give lots of activity ideas.

The house was stunning, it felt very peaceful waiting for the family and we enjoyed how spacious the villa was. From the moment we received the keys, we were given a detailed guide on how to get around. The kids loved the swimming pool and that VIEW?! Breathtaking. This villa is simply amazing. We went with a group of 9 friends in mid December for 8 nights. The housekeeper Julius welcomed us and showed everything when we arrived. He also was there every day (except Saturday) and always available on Whats App. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. We can highly recommend staying in this villa.

Our stay at The Rafters was lovely! The house was a quintessential artists cottage with amazing artwork and beautiful interior design. It had everything we needed, but the rooms did get very chilly at night, especially with a little baby. It is walking distance to all the amazing restaurants in Kalk Bay. We loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travellers! The wood-fired hot tub was very popular too!

Torsten’s home is one of the nicest places that we’ve ever stayed. The location, views, amenities, and level of comfort was exceptional. The communication and help from Dalene was extremely valuable as well. We live Scarborough and the national park. We hope to be back very soon. Thanks so much!

Philippe is a fantastic host! He was waiting for our arrival at midnight to welcome us and show around. And even foresaw a breakfast seen our late arrival. As a family of 5 moving in Hout Bay, we had tons of questions for the relocation. He was happy to help on whatever topic at hand: car renting, groceries, school, etc The house is perfectly well equipped and the view over the bay stunning.

We had such a lovely time! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, which made settling in so easy. We especially loved how peaceful and secluded it felt — the quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed to unwind. It was cosy and comfortable, just the way we enjoy our getaways. This spot is a perfect winter staycation, and we’d definitely book again!

The house had everything you need from toddler to adult very accommodating(books to board games), and the views were refreshing from the deck to the top of the hiking trail. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the thoughtful gifts of wine and apples, they were such a lovely touch! To top it all off, we had a fantastic time relaxing in the cold pool and hot tub. We’re already looking forward to our next. visit!

What a peaceful place definitely coming back

We had a perfect stay at Debbie's Fish Eagle cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a win. We loved being so deep in nature. The dam was perfect for us to paddle on. Debbie and James her assistant were friendly and helpful. It was a slice of heaven. Thankyou for the perfect getaway.

Will and Franziska have a lovely accommodation and we’re always eager to help with recommendations or problems. After a long day exploring Cape Town there is nothing better than relaxing in the sauna and enjoy the stunning view from the patio.

Lovely location right by the beach with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and very clean, had all the basics and is surrounded by other residence but still very secluded which we loved. Nolene was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

I had the most wonderful solo stay at this beautiful cabin in Kalk Bay - a mini mom getaway that was everything I needed. I spent five nights soaking up the mountain and ocean views, barely leaving the space except for two outings. I read, rested, enjoyed meals by the fire, and truly slowed down. The cabin is beautifully appointed; a comfy bed, luxurious linen and towels, and all the amenities (air fryer, stovetop, fridge, dishwasher). I ordered groceries via Checkers Sixty60 and didn’t need to leave! The fireplace, firewood, and views were food for the soul. Jane was an exceptional host - clear and helpful with every detail. It’s a short walk to Kalk Bay’s bustling main road, shops, and beaches. I felt very safe walking solo. A truly special space - one of my most memorable solo experiences. I’ll be back!
