A cozy house in the heart of the capital

The entire top floor of the house. You have your own separate entrance from the street.You will definitely like it. Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

We had a great 2 days in this apartment! The bathroom was very clean, the kitchen had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and the bedroom was cozy and comfortable. The stunning view from the windows was especially admired — we were lucky to live on the 3rd floor of the villa, and it is really stunning! I would like to thank Virginia separately — a wonderful and kind hostess. She not only helped us find a kindergarten, but was always in touch. Our daughter had a wonderful time playing with her son — despite the age difference, they got along very well.

excellent central location, many buses nearby to reach various points of the city. Very helpful host, responds immediately, he arrived in a few minutes even when I wrote to him at two in the morning because I was out of the house. Comfortable and comfortable apartment. The kitchen has little equipment, but having read it in various reviews, I brought what they thought I could use, and I asked the host for the rest. Supermarket right below the house.

The apartment is in the center, a very cool neighborhood 5 minutes from the central park. You can go for coffee in the park right after waking up) The hostess responds very quickly! We received a quick response to all our questions. The apartment is clean, new, and matches the photos.

Lovely place. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. Little to no neighbors, so you are mostly free to listen to some music after 10PM or watch a movie on the marvelous outside projector screen, with beautiful bird songs accompanying you in the evening and morning. The outside projector screen with the terrace and hot-tub are a wonderful addition to this booking. So do bring your swimwear, some towels, maybe even bathrobes. The projector screen has an Android TV box to it, but feel free to bring your own if you have more streaming services connected (only Netflix is available on the local one, although you can log in and log out with your services if you want, that's what we did) Mattresses are a bit on the firm side, but still comfortable to sleep on. Spacious living. Kitchen has most of what you would need. The BBQ zone is also well equipped. The yard is also very neat and cozy. The house is very cozy due to the A-frame build feels a bit more special to live in. Would definitely come back.
