Staying at Pia and Amar’s place was exactly what I needed—comfortable, convenient, and filled with warmth. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Maritim Hotel and Stuttgart’s Haus der Wirtschaft. The studio itself is well-equipped, cozy, and practical—ideal for a hassle-free stay. But the true highlight of my experience was Pia and Amar themselves. They are the kindest, most welcoming hosts you could hope for, instantly making me feel at home. Their genuine warmth and hospitality turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back! Next time, I hope to spend more time exploring the beautiful garden behind the house, admiring Pia’s incredible artwork, and experiencing Amar’s amazing DJ performances. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely place! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Check-in was flexible, and I was grateful to be able to check in early after a long-haul flight. The location is excellent, with public transportation just a short walk away, along with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. Parking is conveniently right outside the house on a first-come, first-served basis. The flat itself is comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a spacious bed, a big wardrobe, and a well-stocked kitchen. I especially appreciated the smart TV for some entertainment during my stay. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The room is relatively small at about 20-25 m², but really cosy. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and there is a fully functional kitchen with basically all cooking stuff. In short, it's a small space that provides everything you need to feel like at home.

Wow! This was an amazing 2 day stay for my wife and I and our 20 year old son. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive. Dorothea and Johan gave us great advice about the area and places to go. They even let us sample some locally produced wine, which was beautiful. We will definitely return when visiting Stuttgart again. Thank you.

Heel ruim en mooi appartement. Vriendelijke ontvangst en alles goed geregeld. Ook prettig om buiten te kunnen zitten. En dat er een wasmachine is, vonden wij heel fijn! Handig dat er een supermarkt om de hoek is. Maar wel jammer van de drukke weg en tram die voor het appartement loopt. Maar na een dag ben je daar wel aan gewend.

Alla und ihr Mann sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alla hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und bei allen Fragen bestens geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist nur paar gehminuten von Supermarkt und U-Bahn Station entfernt. Umgebgung ist sehr schön, wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber. Es war einfach perfekt für unsere Zwecke, alle haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit zusammen genießen. Lage ist top, ruhig, aber gut erreichbar mit der Stadtbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Grundausstattung im Haus ist umfangreich, aber nicht überladen. Alles aufgeräumt und sauber. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir (älteres Ehepaar) haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen, aber sehr ruhig und mit viel Grün rundum. U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind ganz in der Nähe, auch alle für uns wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend (WM, Spülmaschine, alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien, Handtücher). Bei unserer Ankunft war alles tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Wir hatten mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt in Utes Wohnung. Ute war eine super Gastgeberin, total schnell und zuverlässig in der Kommunikation und hat uns schon vor unserer Ankunft einige Tipps für die Gegend geschickt. Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm ruhig und liegt in einer wirklich schönen Gegend Stuttgarts. Das leckere Restaurant "Das Lehen" in der selben Straße ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Ute!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Susanne und Wolfgang. Der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert. Wir durften sogar in Absprache etwas früher einchecken. In der Wohnung hat man sich gleich wohl gefühlt. An Ausstattung war alles da, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt an alles gedacht wurde. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich sind und schnell auf Anfragen reagieren.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war super – ruhig, aber trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in total unkompliziert gemacht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 3 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Saune und Whirlpool hat alles super funktioniert. Eine Sache was mich leicht gestört hat war, dass leider schmutzige Geschirr in der Schublade. Aber auch da kann man drüber weg schauen und macht es sauber. Aber alles in allem war es sehr schön und wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung war - wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen - sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das lag aber auch an der Herzlichkeit von Harald und Petra 😊 Sie waren stets hilfsbereit, haben schnell geantwortet, Ausflugstipps gegeben und haben ein Gespür für die Wahrung der Privatsphäre. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles, wir kommen eines Tages gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft sowie die Hosts uneingeschränkt empfehlen ☺️

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Super ausgestattetes Appartement für ein gemütliches Wochenende zu zweit.

I stayed at Halil's place for 1 week, it was a small but had everything you would need for a short stay. Halil does not know English very well, but I had a friend translate and any text communication translated from German to English well. I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was located near Bus and Train stops, and a short walking distance to Kelley, which ultimately served as a nice retreat once home. the only bad mark I would say is the Internet is HORRIBLE, super slow, when it was actually connected which was less than half the time, my phone, and computer would constantly get disconnected from internet. Luckily I had my phone to hot spot to, so not super bad for me.
