Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

The house has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom also has a sofa bed) for a total of 4 to 6 people, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
