Very thankful for this location for me and some friend to be able to attend a conference and explore the surrounding neighborhood! Good location with good restaurants. Mmt maintained good professionalism and communication with us throughout. It would be helpful, in the future, to provide an extra set of keys on checkin for larger groups as going in and out is not so easy without an extra set. Would recommend again!

We had a delightful and very comfortable one-night stay at this property. The check-in process was clearly instructed and easy to follow, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The house was in tip-top condition—absolutely spotless and very well maintained. All the beds were super comfy, and the toilets were impeccably clean. The living space was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a water dispenser, which added convenience to our stay. A couple of minor downsides: the shower area in the bathrooms is a wee bit tight, especially for L/XL-sized individuals. Additionally, the washer is a top-load unit without a dryer function, and there was limited space and no drying racks, which made doing laundry a bit of a challenge. Despite these small points, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort.

A breathtaking view of the Twin Towers and an exceptional bathroom. I had fantastic experience! To make the most of it, I recommend soaking in the view at different times of day, especially at night when the towers are illuminated, The room’s standout features deserve praise, the stunning view and pristine bathroom.

The place is modern, comfortable and super-clean. So fabulous for sightseeing with everything in walking distance. A marvellous place to stay. Raymond was easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner. Would definitely stay again.

You can park outside. * The owner is very reliable (I left my backpack in the house and the owner immediately called and was willing to wait for me. Very responsible owner. I will come again next time)

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Just a 3-minute walk away, there’s a shopping mall with few of food options and a Jaya Grocer, which made everything really convenient. We chose this place because we were planning to visit Sunway Lagoon , it only took us around 10–15 minutes by car to get there. If you’re traveling with a group, I think this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

very friendly host, strategic location, very helpful security and safe place. the only thing is a place is a lil hard to find by grab drivers, some of them get lost and it's very heavy traffic in the morning. but the place is superb.

Good location. Room has enough stuff to use daily. Staff are kind.

Check in was seamless and Hui was responsive. We had some issues when we accidentally locked ourselves out early in the morning, but Hui was prompt to respond. Thank you for the nice stay!

This unit worked perfectly for our needs. They were very responsive to any requests that we had, and attentive to potential needs (like suggested a driver and guide). It is super convenient to Geo Avenue which has a plethora of eating establishments and grocer. Guards were courteous and helpful. Would stay there again easily.
