I would recommend Han’s unit to friends and family. The unit is exactly as what was posted online. We appreciate the early check-in afforded to us as well as the free passes at the Beach Club during our first day of stay. There are just some suggestions for improvement though for the unit, we’d appreciate if there’s a double lock for the main door as small kids can easily open the door knob and get out, also the clock in the living room was not working. Overall, it was a nice stay at Anvaya.

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

Pros/ Best experiences: This is our second stay at one of Raquel’s units. We loved staying here for our trip! It was perfect for our big family group: spacious and kid-friendly. With the condo stay you can arrange access to the Beach Club; we loved our day trip there! Definitely recommend this and will come back. We loved that the unit has a complete kitchen and that they allowed us to prepare meals for our family. Tip for the kitchen: Bring your ingredients pre-prepped already for easier cooking, electric stove takes a while to heat up. Ask for extra floor mats to clean up floor spills near the sink. Read all the reminders from the host, they cover usually everything you need to know. But here are some other tips: Beach club has water stations for your tumblers/ jugs. You can rent towels at the beach club Beach showers have shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

The place was beautiful, check in was easy, Hans was very accomodating and even arranged golf for my husband. We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Hans’ place. He was very responsive and always ready to answer your questions. His place was very homey and my kids loved it. Anvaya’s amenities were great and there are lots of activities for the kids. We’re definitely coming back. :)

The unit is clean, well-maintained, and truly family-friendly, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. ✅ Spacious & Comfortable: The room comfortably fits five people, with a super cold aircon. ✅ Fully Equipped: It has a working microwave, refrigerator, and water heater, plus complete eating utensils, plates, and glasses ✅ Entertainment & Connectivity: The huge TV with strong WiFi kept everyone entertained during downtime. ✅ Convenience: There’s a clothes drying area, ample parking space ✅ Exclusive Beach & Club Access: The host even helped us access the Anvaya Beach & Club facilities (with separate club fees per head) We always look forward to coming back, and this place will continue to be our top choice for a quick relaxing beach getaway. The unit is very spacious, easy to fit in 5 adults with 2 medium-sized dogs. Our dogs had fun running around the area. It is also near other establishments and restaurants (walking distance), and even the track & field (Remy field). Kay's place is really a good deal in terms of value for money.

My husband, myself, and our fur baby stayed at the Forest Nest for two days. We loved how peaceful it was and you can even hear the birds from inside the unit. I was initially worried about the monkeys but we didn't even had a close contact with them for the duration of our stay. I also appreciate how thoughtful Tamara and her team is. From the complimentary breakfast, the items which can be borrowed (e.g., the beach blankets, beach bags, house slippers, sideview mirror covers), and the pure coconut oil they provided for skincare! My fur baby could also borrow a pair of dog bowls. The roadside parking in front of the building was on a first-come-first-serve basis which we did not have any issues on. My only regret was booking a unit located at the third floor while having my fur baby with us. Completely my fault for not considering my fur baby's frequent toilet breaks. Hope to try Tamara's other units in Subic next time. Thanks again and God bless!

Stayed here for 1night after going to Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure. The place is so peaceful and perfect to stay after a long day of touring and walking. Super cold AC, double bed with single pull out bed. Kitchen is clean with complete basic appliances. Hot and Cold shower. Smart TV but Netflix isn’t working, because it says we are not part of the household. Lots of parking spaces for free. My favorite part is Self Check in. No need to wait. Worth the price.

Our family enjoyed our stay in your place. Location wise it is near Duty Free and several dining options. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Allowed the family to relax and swim in the morning. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb condo unit in Anvaya Cove with our family and friends. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and it offered good-class amenities that made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view—absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to end each day. The host was also accommodating and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our families and friends, and we’re already looking forward to booking it again the next time we visit Anvaya. Highly recommended!

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! I highly recommend because of its clean and comfortable place to stay. And the host is very responsive and kind.

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.
