A wonderful place with a very peaceful ambiance. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, making it very convenient. The beachfront location is beautiful and serene, and the area feels safe and secure as the place has caretaker even at night. The owner is very kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Kudos to kuya the caretaker! Thank you for taking good care of group. Expect to walk to the beach! Roughly it took us 10-13 mins walk. We're rushing to check-out because the low water pressure in the airbnb took us a long time to shower. Even if there are like 3 showers you can only use it one at a time which kinda disappointed. Also, it would be nice to have towels for guests knowing you booked a 15k plus a night! Make sure to bring your own towel! Overall, it was a short and great stay!

Jacob is great host and responed quickly to all our messages. He was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone planning to stay here.

From check in and throughout our stay — it was amazing! We had an amazing time and we liked the ambiance. It was quiet. It’s a great place if you want to get away for a while and unwind. The place is just right for us. Everything is cleaned before we checked in and we liked the pool. Size is just right and it was clean too. The only problem is there are too many flies during the night and makes it uneasy if you have food and drinks outside while swimming. I hope they do something about that. Checkout took a while. No one was responding to us be it Airbnb app or FB page but then got a response through FB. You can check out on your own but we couldn’t since there was a security deposit of Php 2,000. Overall, we did have a great time! Are we to recommend the place? Of course! Will we come back and book again? Absolutely! Awesome place. Quiet. Ideal for 4 pax. Affordable. A great escape to relax.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.

From answering inquiries even before we booked, Sir Elmer is very responsive and helpful. We were welcomed by Ate Lovely and she was also available whenever we needed something. The place looks the same as described, although we did not cook our food there, the kitchen has complete cooking utensils, even big pots. Rooms are all clean as well as the bathroom. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults are having fun doing Karaoke or Netflix. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend this place and will consider this listing in the future.

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!! Place is a bit pricey but it is priced accordingly. The place is huge and sparkling clean! Ideal for big group. Things to improve on; Additional pillow ( as three heads are sharing with the two pillows) Extra foam (for the member of the family who would like to stay in the same room) - all rooms have 1 queen size bed except for one with 2 queens Their induction cooker is not working but they are very much prepared for it as they offered two butane gas operated stoves. Maybe, they can put plants or even plant paintings at the pool area to improve the outdoor feel and make swimming more inviting. But overall, I would recommend the place for a large group. The hosts are so efficient and they are easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Ms Joji has been super nice and responsive to my queries. Staff at the beach were nothing but lovely. Noah, Jo and Iyang and all the others were super nice and would really ensure your needs are met (actually they went above and beyond our requests). 🙂 I love this place and hope we can go back soon!

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. Thank you for being a part of my 25th birthday💕

We stayed in Ariana’s place for 2 nights. The rooms were pristine and smelled amazing. Her place’s strength is actually her staff. They were always available and accommodating to your requests. They weren’t joking when they said wildlife would be coming in. There were a lot of bugs flying at night, but it was tolerable. The place is quiet and private and good for families as we were a family of 12.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s beautiful home! The house is clean, spacious and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the pool. My nieces had a great time. Jeremy was very helpful and made our check in very easy. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again :)

Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. Everything was almost perfect, especially the pool and beach. The two villas with lofts provided an ideal setup for our two families, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the simplicity of the interior, it was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential cooking utensils, pans, a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and more. Additionally, the rental included a videoke for added entertainment. While there were a few small things that could be better, they didn't really affect how great the place was. Kudos to the caretakers for being helpful most of the time. Can't wait for our next visit to this awesome place!

beautiful place for a peaceful and quiet getaway

I booked Ma’am Ligaya’s place for Aurora Music Festival. The place was nice, the staff were accommodating, and the amenities were great. We had fresh towels and everything—we really felt at home. However, my issue was the weak phone signal and Wi-Fi. The water supply was also weak, especially on the second floor. During our stay, the owner had guests who were extremely noisy and didn’t let us sleep until 4 a.m. I hope next time they become more vigilant, aware, strict, and considerate of other guests, especially during sleeping hours or quiet time starting from 10 p.m. Overall, we still had fun.
