This luxury dune villa is located on the Makkum beach resort. The authentic village of Makkum is 2 km away and has nice restaurants and a warm bakery, luxury butcher and a large supermarket. The villa has underfloor heating and also has a cozy gas fireplace. There is a garage for the storage of bicycles or surfing gear. There are two bicycles available with which you can explore the beautiful Friesland. The house is also equipped with a sauna and has an outdoor shower, nice for after surfing.

Since December 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the beach and the cozy boulevard with catering facilities. Beach Resort Makkum is a holiday at a beautiful resort on the IJsselmeer!

Our cozy vacation home (55m2) is located directly on the water. From the terrace/living room, you can look freely over the harbor where there is always something to do. From the roof terrace, you have a fantastic view over the entire lake (the Fluessen) and in the distance Heeg. De Koggeplaet is a small quiet park. It has a beach and a boat ramp. A paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and peace seekers. Within walking distance is a diner, boat rental and 2 sailing schools.

De 2e slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed van 80x200. Een luxe badkamer en een volledig ingerichte keuken. LET OP; U betaald nog €7,50 per persoon per nacht aan camping de Kuilart. Dit is voor toeristenbelasting, Wifi, zwembadkaarten en sleutelafgifte. Voor een hond betaald u €6,00 per nacht.

Enjoy some quiet time in our wonderful luxurious villa in Stavoren, Holland. Stavoren is located about an hour and a half drive north of Amsterdam. There are plenty of water sports possibilities (surfing, kite-surfing, sailing,...) as well as golfing, hiking, bird-watching in the area. A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.

The resort is wedged between 2 nature reserves on an old sandbank of the Zuiderzee, 100m from the beach.
