House holiday rentals in Suginami City

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb in Japan! The place was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. While the beds were a bit on the firmer side, everything else was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to a convenience store, the train station, and plenty of great food options. There’s also a supermarket and Daiso within walking distance. The house has a washer and dryer, which was super convenient, and there’s a dry cleaners right across the road that we used often. Check-in was smooth, and the host was quick to respond when we needed the details. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-located stay!

Convienently located close to a station in a great neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at for every meal. Mimamo and Maya are amazing hosts! They helped whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and guidance.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

整体的入住体验是非常好的，当询问房东问题时，都会及时回复，房东推荐的烧肉餐厅非常好吃，由于房子空间大，住的很舒服，厨房设施完善，可以自己动手做一些简单的食物，唯一美中不足的是离最近主要地铁站走路需要15分钟左右，但是综合考虑它的性价比，和非常大的空间，也是很值得。

義両親が地方から私たち家族が住む東長崎に遊びに来ることになり、せっかくの機会なのでinnnn higashinagasakiをお二人のために予約しました。滞在させていただいた間のレビューを執筆いただいたので、代理としてこちらに記載させていただきます： 「娘一家の住まいがある東長崎。昭和の佇まいの民家やお店が今も健在で、懐かしく安らげる街。娘たちと歩いていても、顔見知りの方が気軽に声を掛けてくださる。そんな街にぴったり溶け込んだお宿「innnn higashinagasaki」。玄関ドアを開け、狭くて急傾斜の木造階段を上り、ガラス引き戸を開けると、浴室、ダイニングキッチン、その奥にベッドルーム。古い建物をリニューアルした感じが室内全体から伝わってきて、約50年前の学生時代を思い出す。独占して使う民家は、誰にも干渉される事のない自由な雰囲気で使い勝手もよく、実にゆったりのんびり心地よく過ごせた2日間だった。」 宿泊中のひと晩、子供2人を連れて私たち4人家族もお邪魔させていただき、「東長崎のおいしいもの」をたくさんテイクアウトして、innnnのダイニングテーブルで夕食を楽しみました。窓を開ければ、夕方の東長崎の景色が広がり、長く住んでいる街で、こんなに素敵な“非日常”を味わえるとは思ってもいませんでした。私たちにとってもとても貴重なひとときになりました。アメリカ在住の私の家族が次に日本に来る際も、ぜひまたお世話になりたいと思います！

This is a great place to stay in, many rooms and house is clean. The location is perfect, just 2 min walk to Koenji Station, with lots of restaurant near by and 3-4 convenient stores walkable distance ( 2-3min). There is an amazing ramen just right beside - Hinotori, if you found that you can find the house it's just right beside. There are 2 shopping streets from the hotel, one has Daiso and second hand stores. Restaurants like Denny's, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, McDonald, KFC and lots of Izakaya nearby. Only small complain is because it's near bars, some drunk fella at night might sing or scream in the middle of the night. Do note this is a 4 story house, anyone with knee problems should think twice because it's quite a lot of stairs climbing. Other than that, it's perfect if you are a huge group. We were a group of 12 pax. Stayed comfortably and would definitely come back again in the future. Thanks Junko and team for the stay! ^_^

My friends and I loved the place. Close to the station and really yummy restaurants. Beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Best sleep we had our whole holiday

Tokyo Stay Koenji is a very clean place in a quiet cul de sac yet close to amenities such as restaurants, hair salon, supermarket and even chiropractic treatment places . It is very easy to travel from Koenji to Shinjuku on one end and Kichijoji on the other end . I fell in love with a buy-sell shop in the neighbourhood . Lovely neighbourhood

We had a great stay. 5 min walk to train station. Very easy to take train to all the main attractions but further out to chill away from the crowd. There are alot of restaurants traditional and non traditional. 7 -11, Family Mart, local Supermarket with 5 min walk. Highly recommend and great instructions and easy checking.

A quiet and curated haven to return too after the hustle & bustle of central Tokyo. Less than 5 min walk to the subway, two stops from Shibuya, three to Harajuku, four to Shinjuku. Could not have been better for all we planned on the west side of Tokyo.

Our family of 5 (my husband, 3 teenagers, and I) loved our stay here! It was very clean, had plenty of space, and was in a convenient location. The train station was so close, and so were many places to eat, as well as the 7-11 and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend Rakuna Inn to anyone who is visiting Tokyo!

We stayed at Anton's house with 5 people for 4 nights and were greeted with the guest manager, Hana, who was really helpful in helping us settle in to both the house and the local area. We met Anton the next day as he was working on the house opposite and we really appreciated the chats and also how respectful and nice he was to the local community members. The house itself was easy to find and only about 10 mins walk from the train station past lots of restaurants, izakayas, bakeries, cafes and grocery stores. Even so, it is located in a quiet, residential part of town that felt very safe and welcoming. The house itself is beautifully set up and comfortable. We all slept in the upstairs bedrooms one of which was set up as a traditional tatami room with futons and the other a traditional western style. It was great to have airconditioning in the house as well because we had some warm nights! I would recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely stay again!

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and well designed. We slept soundly and enjoyed the surroundings that koto has to offer! Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Loved the area, close to the train station and shinjuku is less than 10 mins away! Check in was smooth and easy, host was very nice and responsive, nothing to complain about!

The Airbnb is very close to Kamikitazawa train station and very easy to find. Kamikitazawa station is also not too crowded. The house was clean and spacious with living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floor. It's near a supermarket, pharmacy, a few food stores and convenience stores. It is close to shinjuku station and relatively near to shibuya. The hosts were very responsive and all house rules are easy to understand and follow. We'd like to stay here again on our next visit!

Honestly, it’s a perfect deal. House is exactly like in photos. Bright, clean, fully stacked with everything you need. Loved the first floor window to be opened and have late evening munchies while watching people pass by. And on top of it all- quiet, beautiful neighborhood to explore. Close to either Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. We’ll def book it again when we’re back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was one of the best places at which we have stayed. It is newly constructed, spotless, spacious and in a very convenient location (a short walk to the train station and several restaurants!). The house is stocked with any amenity you think you would have needed. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hosts are extremely responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping. They were able to accommodate our elderly parents and newborn child. They even greeted us at our arrival. This stay really made our trip memorable and we would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Loved the house, the location was fantastic. We loved the huge park at the back by the river. It was a great stay and would definitely go back.
