My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a lovely stay. The house is very clean and pleasant to dwell in and the nature setting in the front yard makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The locals in the village are friendly and the beach is within walking distance which we enjoyed watching the sunset and dipping in. Abdou was sooo helpful and very polite and tended to any of our needs. Having a washing machine was sooo good! I highly recommend Cora and Petes. The tranquiliy, roots and culture is amazing!

The house was as advertised and much more. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood with very friendly and always willing to help neighbors. We could not have enjoyed our stay the way we did without the comfort of the place and its close proximity to all the places we wanted to go and visit. It’s about 20 minutes drive from Banjul where we went several times for shopping and other transactions. Close proximity to Kairaba Avenue, the beach and some of the finest restaurants. Our host in the ground Omar was awesome and very responsive to our needs and he went above and beyond for us. If you live Gambian food like we do, coming from Gambia, The neighbor who lives opposite the home called Haddy was great and awesome. I would definitely book this home again if the need arises and would highly recommend it over the bustling and busy areas of Burusibi or Senegambia road homes.

Modou, który opiekuję się nieruchomością jest niebywale życzliwą i dyskretną osobą, której obecności nawet niezauważysz, a pomoże Ci w najdrobniejszej sprawie. Bardzo dobrze czuliśmy się w tym miejscu. Jest cicho, spokojnie i zielono, w pobliżu wszystko czego potrzebujesz do życia, sklep, restauracja, plaża. Dom zaopatrzony we wszystko, wchodzisz i mieszkasz.

I had a fantastic stay at Omar’s place. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Omar was an excellent host, responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. A special thank you to Pabi for his help; he was incredibly kind and always available when needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

This was my second stay. I like the place. Within a 1,5 km walk you have a few minimarkets. There is a bakery across the street. The house location feels safe. The house is large and has a nice porch. The kitchen and bathrooms are functional. I use to visit beachbar Potus only 1, 2 kilometer walk.

Ann was very professional and responded promptly to all of my questions. The house is beautiful and in a great location. My husband did have issues checking in on the first day due to a problem with the keys. But the issue was resolved. The only other issue was the presence of several roaches in the kitchen coming from behind the cabinets and from behind the stove. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Some pest control and a better check-in process would make the experience even better for the next time. Will probably stay here again on my next visit.

The lodge is perfect for anyone wanting a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Gambia, it has everything you need and plenty of space, the family living on site are perfect, they made our stay so much better, keep everything clean and helping us get about, we loved their company but they are very respectful of keeping out of the way, you wouldn't know they are there if you didn't want to. Questions we had are is there a safe, there isn't but with the family living there the compound is safe so not needed, another was is there a generator, again we found out it wasn't needed as the power only went out once and that isn't something that happens often anymore. Sangyang beach is beautiful and not far away and the shops are literally around the corner. The lodge is perfect for anyone visiting Gambia, we took a family but noticed a bird book on the shelf so it would be a lovely base for bird watchers too, the garden is a maze of beautiful plants and trees attracting lots of birds

The apartment is located fairly close to the Senegambia strip where the main tourist hotels, restaurants and money changers are located. There is a very good local supermarket that sells all the commodities required for self catering. Nearby are a few restaurants but not a great choice. The beach access is quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There is a rough uneven track combined with a steep gradient before you reach the beach. Once you have reached the beach you can walk for miles in either direction. Alongside the property is the famous monkey park. Although several tourists suggested a visit there was little need as the monkeys came us us! Although they are cute to look at, care must be taken to avoid leaving doors and windows open as they will take full advantage.

Tedugal Guest House is a wonderful place to stay! The host, Bala, is incredibly kind and always quick to respond. On request, mosquito nets are provided above the beds, and the ceiling fan keeps the room cool. The bathroom has warm water, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Handing in the key ensures the room is cleaned, and fresh linens are provided. Kadidja, the housekeeper, is very caring. Security is well managed by Ibrahim, Haruna, and Basirou—three fantastic guys who are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Ibrahim also maintains the pool, which is great for cooling off. We stayed here for the second time with our school (two teachers and six nursing students) and were given the entire ground floor. We can only speak highly of this place and will definitely return! A bakery and a restaurant are within walking distance, making the location even more convenient.

ms. Fatou is a great host very knowledgeable and personable. would highly recommend staying there, my only complaint would be the water pressure is kinda low but manageable. Had a nice stay.

Just had 10 days in Ebrimas apartment, it’s lovely, well decorated and clean. On arrival we had fruit which was lovely. Great quick communication throughout, definitely recommend staying.. we’ll be back. Thank you!

I chose this apartment primarily for its location and security. It was exactly as I’d hoped. Beautiful views of the beach which was also easy to access. Unfortunately the sea was too rough for swimming but great for a bit of fun jumping the waves. Short taxi drive to Senegambia where you’ll find loads of bars and restaurants with varied menus to suit all tastes. Taxis are easy to access and very reasonably priced. Small supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment. I felt very safe at this apartment. Very friendly security staff 24 hours a day. Bakary was also very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was well kept and equipped with sun beds. The apartment was spacious with all 3 bedrooms with a good en suite. Well equipped kitchen. It was not a problem to us but be aware the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. It does add to the fantastic beach view of course.

If you want really enjoy life in Gambia ,you are in right place.This isnt turistic area, it is real Gambia for Gambian people,but you can enjoy european comfort as running water ,electricity almost non stop and internet. Location in map ,which show AIRBNB is not correct ,house is 7 km from beach ,but for your pocket it is better becouse area is much cheaper that coastal turistic places.beach area -you can go by TUK TUK for plus minus 20 dallasi(0.3 euros). It is walking distance to bus station and exchange offices plus market.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, had great amenities, the views from the balcony were beautiful and the host was very kind and responsive.

Debbie's place is the best Air BnB I've stayed in, in the Gambia. It is right by the water (the Atlantic ocean) with beach access and pools all around. It is a walking distance to many good restaurants and stores. The place is as described, beautiful relaxing environment, clean, home style luxury, and excellent services. Her house keeper (Nancy) and manager (Alieu) were friendly and went above-and-beyond in making sure that we had a good and enjoyable stay. Debbie was very responsive and helpful in offering recommendations for anything we needed. I highly recommend Debbie's place and will be booking again when I visit Gambia.

Mr. Jatta Thank you for everything. The listing was better than the photos. Beautiflly decorated, spacious, and included a generous welcome package. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to warm takeout or to make a home cooked meal. The location was ideal. Senagambia nightlife is a short walk down the street. Sĥould I visit in the future; I would love to stay for an extended visit! Mr Jatta you are very special, thank you again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Awa's family compound. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The market was in walking distance to buy food to cook. This spacious and beautifully decorated apartment had all of the essentials for our weeklong stay, plus nice touches such as plenty of mirrors. Also super easy getting transportation from the main road. Will definitely stay again!

Très beau logement, belle decoration et éclairage romantique, surtout autour de la télé. TOUT fonctionne et équipements complet. L'essentiel est déjà disponible, produit vaisselle, éponge, papier toilette, huile, vinaigre sucre café.... Bref pas besoin de faire les courses dans l'immédiat comme dans d'autres logements que nous avons déjà rencontrés. Logement et parking très sécurisé. Gardiens et bureau d'accueil toujours disponible. Bravo pour ce logement où on s'est cru chez nous.

What a beautiful place to stay. The apartment has everything you need to make you comfortable. Bed was comfy plenty of seating, washer was the bees knees. Kitchen was like home. The veranda was wonderful, 2 sunloungers, 2 zero gravity chairs and a table and chairs,so able to follow the sun. Plus the monkeys came to visit. The veranda made our holiday. Kololi sands complex has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday. Pool snack bar, restaurant, some entertainment, sunbeds overlooking infinity pool. Henk and Sheriffo were excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble for them. Excellent Hosts.

Excellent location with a lot of great amenities. Eyvind was incredibly responsive to any questions that I had. I felt right at home!

Great location, good apartment. Would stay again. Generator comes on as soon as power cuts which is great. Management are friendly and welcoming. Internet was the best and most reliable I’ve used in The Gambia, and the AC was strong. Very secure, and would certainly recommend especially if travelling alone.

Ik kwam heel laat aan in de nacht. De receptie was heel vriendelijk, zelfs op dit uur. Mijn late vertrekuur is ook opgelost geweest met een supplement. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep ten allen tijde snel en duidelijk. Tijdens mijn verblijf wel door bed gevallen, al ben ik niet dik. Maar dit is opgelost door de maintenance van Forest View. Ik, persoonlijk dacht door de foto’s, dat er 2 slaapkamers waren maar hebben bed dan maar gedeeld. Alles was, qua comfort, aanwezig in studio. De sofa is daarentegen aan vervanging toe. Die zit heel oncomfortabel. Zowel leefruimte en slaapkamer is voorzien van airco. Je krijgt op regelmatige basis bezoek van vriendelijke aapjes op je terras die maar al te graag fruit smullen. Gambia kampt met regelmatige stroomonderbrekingen maar er is een reserve generator die dit snel oplost. De buurt zelf is aangenaam met alles vlakbij. Veel last van de uitgangsbuurt heb je niet. Er is een leuk zwembad die gedurende de volledige dag netjes wordt gehouden
