Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Chata u chameleona offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace with a grill, swimming pool, hot tub and cedar infrared sauna overlooking the pond and in the evening with a fireplace... You can romantically ride a boat on the pond or play ping pong :-) Those who want to enjoy nature to the fullest can swim directly in the pond with a sandy entrance. In the evening, we recommend romantically watching the coots, ducks, swans and maybe even the common mergansers while barbecuing on the pond... .-)

Your whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. Our Samson Guesthouse is not only a perfect relaxing location, you will also be pleased with its proximity to South Bohemian monuments, such as Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, or Třeboň. Lovers of walks will also find their own, thanks to the large forest, literally "a stone's throw" from the guest house. If you are a bit more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists, so that you can not only do sports, but also relax.

Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Apartmán V PODKROVÍ

Attic apartment for 2 to 4 people with a view of the Lipno dam. The place is suitable for families with children or couples. The apartment is located in a smaller apartment building right on the water. Around the house is a large garden with a grassy playground, swimming pool and children's playground. There is also free parking right next to the house. The entire compound is private. While adults can sit on the deck for good food and drink, the kids will hang out in the garden or in the pool.

Newly built holiday ground floor house overlooking Lipno offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Bedroom with double bed, room with bunk bed 2+1 bed and single bed, kitchen connected to the living room with sofa bed, bathroom. Outdoor elevated terrace, barbecue, comfortable garden sofa. Possibility to book a private outdoor sauna and swimming pool overlooking the Lipno surface (35 m away on the adjacent property). Everything for a beautiful family holiday or moments spent with friends.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Beds are divided into 3 apartments, two apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, the third apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a covered terrace, a large garden with its own forest, covered parking for 3 cars, bicycle and ski storage, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Romeo & Julia Ferienhof Prakesch

The property is idyllically located in a valley with a lot of forest in Saldenburg in the Bavarian Forest, only 25 km away from Passau. The apartment is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a bedroom with 3 beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, 2 balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. For our little ones, we offer a petting zoo, pony rides and a playground. Guests with dogs are welcome.
