Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sumida River

It is our first time in Japan. I picked the location completely by how it was described on Airbnb and hoped for the best. It was a fantastic choice. Location was easy to get to, check in was straightforward. The room was clean and the environment quiet. We had the best night’s sleep after a long flight. I would book it again without reservation.

Great location and very new building

We did have one strange hiccup where when we arrived at 3:20 (after check in), there was still a man inside who said he was wrapping up cleaning along with three other adults with luggages. Not sure if they were the previous guests doing a late luggage check out, but it definitely made us a little uncomfortable. Other than the strange check in, this apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, walkable, and had everything we needed.

This was the best experience ever. Everything was perfect, and the interior design was beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet, and it was super convenient with convenience stores and small supermarkets nearby. The host was also very kind — we suddenly asked for an early check-in the day before, and the host was very accommodating, finishing the cleaning early and allowing us to check in smoothly. Overall, it was flawless and absolutely perfect.

Paul's team are great communicators. We especially appreciate being met at the flat and the team's quick response in getting an additional futon set up. The kitchen was the best we had in Japan, well stocked with plates and cooking kit. The flat is best for two couples -- probably lot's of space for Tokyo but tight by western standards. Three blocks to the subway so convenient. And quiet at night.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

Koji and Nami went above and beyond to accommodate us - especially as I had a bad knee, they were very flexible with making sure I was okay. They had great recommendations of where to eat and shop and were extremely responsive. The house was spotless and very comfortable in a convenient location. if i come back to tokyo, i will definitely stay here. Koji and Nami are sincere, genuine, and kind people. The perfect hosts.

This was a wonderful location to stay at. The place was walkable distance to Skytree and Asakusa district. Also located near the Asakusa line, making it easy to navigate to other areas of Tokyo.

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

We had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. It was very clean. There are two sleeping spaces and a smaller little TV room upstairs with two toilets upstairs. Downstairs or on the main floor is the entrance with the kitchen a little sitting area the washer dryer, and the shower with another toilet. It was perfect for my husband and I and our three kids. The curtains in the bedrooms are not black out curtains, so just take that into consideration as it gets very light in Japan very early The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We made breakfast at the Airbnb every morning, which was very nice.

The K-Family Koji were probably the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever had. Super clear instructions for everything. Extremely friendly and accessible. The place itself was fantastic. Had everything we needed for a family of six and was very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great central location with access to 3 different train lines including JR, all within a 5-10min walk. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Has all the basic amenities. The mattress was firm for my liking but still had a good sleep. I highly recommend the place and would stay here again in future.

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
