Holiday rentals with beach access in Summit County

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

Great location to ski areas

Enjoyed our stay; location can’t be beat! Mary was very responsive and made sure we were all set up for an easy checkin as comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a ski weekend and it was the perfect base camp. We love the Dillon area and this is a great location for accessing all that Summit County has to offer!

Jimmy’s place is in the most beautiful cove! The view of the mountains and the reservoir with the sailboats docked is amazing. Coffee on the porch was the highlight of each morning. We will definitely be back. Jimmy was extremely responsive to all of my questions.

The 9 of us enjoyed our stay and felt right at home in this airbnb. We would stay here again for our next annual ski trip to CO

The place was great. Felt like you were way out in the wilderness but just a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean, very well furnished, and in a great location. We were able to easily access Silverthorne, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Leadville. The owners of the house were very responsive and helpful. The hot tubs, pool, clubhouse, trails, and all other amenities were outstanding and provide plenty of activities to do right on the property, even on a cold winter day. We saw a beautiful red fox run right past our back sliding glass door. We made so many memories and can’t wait to stay again in the future and make more!

This property feels like home. Yes it has all the amenities you would want, and best of all, it is lived in. Each room feels like real people have used it recently. It was spotless... and yet invited us to relax and just live and enjoy the location. The kitchen has all the things you would want to cook gourmet meals - and also to just warm up leftovers. The grill was just like mine at home - not spotless but well-used. Each room made us feel at home. The layout was also fantastic, with separate layers for different parts of the family. The basement has a large game area with a separate full-sized fridge for drinks or snacks... and a door to keep the excitement of the fun from getting upstairs ;-) The middle layer has a fantastic kitchen for cooking and entertaining/talking with others at the large bar. It overlooks a large family room with lots of space for conversations and games. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms who want to get away a bit. Overall, it was ideal for our large family.

Every winter, we visit Colorado for our yearly ski trip, and this house offered the most breathtaking views we've ever experienced.

Everything was exceptional. The owner was awesome, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would book again on our next trip.

We had a fantastic stay in Dillon! The home offers stunning views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. It was cozy, well-stocked, and had all the comforts of home—a true home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic condo in Center Village! The location (and views!) can't be beat for easy access to the slopes + all the restaurants and shops the mountain has to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured with all the amenities listed as well as so many other little details that made our stay cozy and comfortable. Great Wi-Fi speed and connection for remote work as well. The ski lockers on the first floor and covered parking garage were also appreciated and made transporting gear a breeze. Really enjoyed the gym and shared outdoor hot tub as well. A+ stay and great communication from the host - we hope to stay again next season!

Came up for a quick Spring skiing weekend, and this place was perfect. Close to Copper, Keystone, and Breck. Went out to dinner in Frisco and Silverthorne easily. The view from this place is gorgeous, and all the natural light made it so peaceful. Props to the hosts for decorating the space so beautifully and with such intention. Felt like there were so many amenities (like a milk frother!) or functional additions (loved how many hooks there are!) that made it just so nice. Would absolutely recommend!

Terrific condo that checks all the boxes for a wonderful holiday. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious modern decor. Convenient location. One of the finest rentals we’ve had. If you’re looking for a condo in the Frisco area, look no further.

Our two weeks was fantastic! This was our second stay with Rick. We were able to do all the things we had on our list plus much more. Thank you Rick and Laura for sharing your place with us.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

The condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean, comfortable and inviting. Our host provided space heaters, humidifiers, hair dryers and more. The pantry and refrigerator were stocked with useful supplies as well. I can’t forget the water filtration system that helped us adjust to the altitude. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Keystone!

Doug was a great host who was always responsive. There are plenty of options in Frisco, but this one is definitely worth considering. Great price, great location and most of all great condo.
