Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Country and city views (amazing night light views) with outdoor sitting areas. Located on 40 acres with wildlife close by. Parking located to the left of the barn. Relax in this private 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse on our peaceful 15-acre property in Diggers Rest, Victoria. Fully self-contained with kitchen, lounge, dining, and laundry.
