Modern and tasteful apartment for two

Modern apartment with balcony 15 minutes drive from central Stockholm. Located in quiet and newly built Ursvik, close to nature reserves and public transportation. Paid parking on the street, grill, Wi-Fi and all expected amenities. It is actually four rooms but it is rented out as a 2 room apartment. The children's bedrooms are locked and not accessible for guest. We decided to rent out this nice apartment as we spend most of the summer in our summer house in the countryside.

Family friendly neighborhood

Fresh apartment with large glazed balcony in south-west orientation. Järvastaden is a nice and quiet area with new productions from 2010 onwards. Families with small children, young couples and seniors live here. Walking distance of 2.2 km to Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. Bus stop is also right outside with line 505 and 540. From Ulriksdal station there are commuter trains into town or to Arlanda or Uppsala Fully equipped kitchen and cozy sofa corner with a large TV

This is a modern and bright 3 bedroom apartment located in Sundbyberg. The apartment is situated 15 minutes drive from Stockholm City Centre, 5 minutes drive from The Mall of Scandinavia and the Friends Arena. There are beautiful trails and parks for nature lovers. Being so close to central Stockholm, the majority of the museums are a 20 minutes drive away; Skansen, an open-air museum and zoo is also a 20 minutes drive. Arlanda Airport is a 25 minutes drive and Bromma airport

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
