12/10. It’s not usually possible to exceed perfection but Paton and Byron’s place sure did. The apartment was warm and cozy and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. It was extremely clean which is a big deal for me to say because I work in hospitality and do room inspections for a living. What Paton and Byron brought to the table as hosts is overwhelming kindness, understanding and generosity. If you want to have a remarkable stay in joburg, book this place or anyone of their units at ellipse waterfall. You won’t regret it! Highly recommend!

I really had an enjoyable stay. Prayersoul was very helpful from the time we checked in and when we checked out. The apartment was clean and spacious… just like how it looks in the pictures. Walking distance from Rivonia Village and central location to surrounding areas like Sandton, Bryanston and Fourways. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend.

Tsele makes everything easy from check in to check out. Very professional. Across the street from the Mall of Africa so anything you need is right there. I will definitely be back!

Very charming and cosy apartment. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the location of the unit makes it nice and private. It was perfect for our visit and the host was amazing.

The place is wonderful and the hosts are great. Very responsive and allowed me to check in super early. I really enjoyed staying at the place. It is pricey, but stunning views and great location. My only comments are that I could see some of the furniture has been stained, damaged or worn by other guests. Also for a place this expensive there were no luxury amenities. Amenities were very basic. TV in living room was a bit older so I could not get Netflicks or Youtube. Still a great place but these things would have made a great place - superb. Minor touches but this place is definitely still a 9.9/10 and I would highly recommend it.

This was the perfect host when it came to excepting my request at such short notice…. The stay was super perfect and comfy. I would highly recommend this to friends traveling to the area.

Really enjoyed my stay. Shashi's flat was incredible. Very clean, luxurious, comfortable and safe. There are INCREDIBLE views from the balcony and both bedrooms - the photos do not do it justice. The restaurant and concierge downstairs were very convenient.

A lovely cottage against the golf course and 2 of the friendliest cats ever! Just extended my stay too!

The place was very easy to find but if you can’t find your way the security guards are waiting in every entrance. My apartment was so clean and our host was so friendly they kept checking on us and recommended a restaurant and the steak was delicious. The apartment had everything we use on our daily basis and it was so warm the bed had electric blankets, there’s a water bottle which we didn’t even use. There is a carpet in every stop from kitchen to the bathroom. The bed and couch was so comfortable . There’s WiFi for work or entertainment you are sorted. The vies were lovely it’s funny because I enjoyed watching the construction that was happening around us, and there was no noise. It’s quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay. We loved the place - the area is really great for what we needed and within easy distance of several restaurants and shops. Security was good and we felt safe the entire time. Dieter was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay - great hosts! They have back ups for load shedding. Highly recommend this location.

Simon's place was all we needed, lovely and secure apartment within the vibey Rosebank area. Very convenient with lots to do within a short walk. Simon was a very responsive host as well, I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a hustle free stay.
