Жилье соответствует описанию. Легко попасть в апартаменты. В апартаментах было все необходимое, чисто и комфортно. На территории два бассейна. Очень красиво и можно приятно отдохнуть. Спасибо, мы еще вернемся

Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in this apartment with our children (8&4) and we loved it. The location was great - about a 20 minute walk (with kids) to the main part of sunny beach. You can get taxis for around 10 lev each way if you wish but we didn’t bother. The apartment itself is quite basic but had everything we need. 2 double beds, one of which is a sofa bed in the living area which we were fine with. Decent fridge/freezer, kettle, hob, toaster and pots and pans etc. WiFi was fast. Lovely south facing balcony overlooking the kids pool (which was also great). The aircon worked well and was much needed! The complex is very safe with 24 hour security and a key fob to get in and out. The grounds and pools are clean and well kept. There are small shops on site, a small poolside bar/restaurant and underneath the apartment there is a small kids art club. We would definitely stay again! Tips - M.M supermarket close by (good value) and always use the footbridge (road fast/busy)

Апартаментът е страхотен и на много добро място, до него се намира плажа както и много ресторанти и заведения за бързо хранене. Димитър беше много добър домакин, през цялото време поддържахме връзка и ни съдействаше с каквото имахме нужда, както и ни препоръчваше места за посещение!!

Аппартамент был фактически 100% как описала его Галина. Раздвижной диван имеет возможность поспать или просто лежа отдохнуть на нем для двоих людей. Интернет, телевизор,оборудованная кухня для приготовления пищи,чистый туалет,прекрасный душ,можно было всем пользоваться без ограничения. Сам комплекс расположен около главного автовокзала,от куда можно совершать поездки в разные места: Несебър, Бургас,Варна и т.д. Недалеко от дома находятся продуктовые магазины, где можно на разный вкус хорошо закупаться. Рестораны, кафе - находятся в двух шагах от комплекса, море в 500 метров ходьбы пешком. Галина очень отзывчивый квартиросьемщик,с ней легко найди общий язык.

Хочу подякувати за чудові апартаменти! Красива та зручна квартира зі усіма зручностяма. усе відповідає опису, та навіть більше! Про територію самого комплексу взагалі мовчу - це щось особливе. Якщо чесно ми навіть не гуляли всюди)) Великим плюсом є те що поруч є всі необхідні магазини та на території самого комплексу є ресторанчики та піцерія, а в 15 хв ходьби Лідл(ціни набагато нижче ніж у маленьких магазинчиках) Так до моря потрібно трішки пройтись, нам з 3 дітками це займало десь 10-15 хв, але я це вважаю плюсом, адже набагато тихіше ніж на перших лініях. При можливості обов*язково повернемося! Ще раз дякуємо все було супер!!!

Это был прекрасный отдых! Комната оснащена всем необходимым, до моря 5 минут пешком, рядом рестораны, магазины. Особенно огромное спасибо Lene за отзывчивость и этот отдых!

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. We're looking forward to staying here again. Thank you, Mima and Anton!

Such a perfect stay in summer! The Paradise Dreams complex is a great quiet place for a family with children. There are 3 pools and beautiful gardens inside. Close location to the seaside. Also a big plus is a public bus stop nearby, that takes you to Sunny Beach and Nessebar within 15-30 minutes. The apartment itself is really comfortable for living! There was a microwave, clothes washer and everything you need for your everyday routine. Extremely responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин. Апартаменты и их расположение понравилось. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. В квартире было все необходимое. Сам комплекс тоже очень понравился, так как удобное расположение и от моря недалеко. Место, куда хочется вернуться ещё не раз!

Sehr grosses Appartamnet, grosse am Pool gelegene Terasse. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell. Auch Putzservice mit Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war überraschend und angenehm. Die Lage ist top: schöne Pools mit kostenfreien Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, gepflegte und überwachte Anlage, das Meer in 1 min zufuss, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Einkaufen, Ausflüge wie Aquapark oder Altstadt Nessebar in der Nähe, Essen gehen in der Nähe. Backofen und Herd funktionioren einwandfrei. Das Geschirr wurde auf Nachfrage sofort ergänzt, wir haben schliesslich alles kochen können. Von 3 Betten sind 2 Top, eins hat sehr verlegene Matratze. Das Babybett ist gut. Schon gut versessene Polstermöbel, war aber trotzdem okay. Wlan in den Räumen ist gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
