Playroom with toys and electric charging station. Sleeps 8 comes with 5 bikes garage space for kayaks. 8 SHARC passes. Center of all Sunriver action. Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. The house features an open floor plan with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a well stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. Air conditioning is now installed as well.

It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.

The open living space features high ceilings with natural light flooding in through large windows. A comfortable sofa and coffee table are present, while a dining area with four chairs is visible. A spiral staircase leads to a loft area, enhancing the room's spacious feel.
