We just returned from 6 absolutely gorgeous, sun-soaked days at Villa Sunkiss and we’re already dreaming about going back. From the moment we arrived, the villa took our breath away. Every room was thoughtfully curated with an elegant, beachy Caribbean vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped and just perfect. But the real magic was the beautifully maintained, super comfortable outdoor space with jaw-dropping views of the water from every angle. The only tiny downside was that the sea wall stairs had been taken out by a hurricane last year, so direct swimming access from the property wasn’t possible. The location overall couldn’t be better—just steps to the lively St. Lawrence Gap and despite being close to the action, the neighborhood felt peaceful, safe, and super friendly. Cathy our host was fantastic and always available by text. This was the kind of stay that sticks with you long after you leave and we can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at the villa. It is perfectly situated, only a few minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants - but tucked away on a residential street so it’s quiet (aside from the cockerel in the morning!). The air con was very effective. The place was spotless, and the host was very responsive to any queries. 10/10 would recommend! If you stay here be sure to take the short cut through the back garden gate to Park Cafe for an excellent coffee and breakfast!

Our family of 4 adults & 2 children (12&14) stayed here for 2 weeks. The home itself was absolutely beautiful, we will miss waking up having breakfast with the birds coming to sit with us and seeing the green monkeys pass over the surrounds. The pool was well used by the kids, a couple issues with it staying fresh and clear but the pool guy was great. Well maintained gardens, reliable and proactive host who was able to help with anything. A car is a must, we hired a car as Saint Philips is quite far from most attractions & the beaches we wanted to go to - but also provided a calm and relaxing location. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. An absolutely perfect stay. Will definitely be returning to The Pink House! Check In: Seamless. Sent lockbox code before check-in time, opened to access key. The house: clean, organized, nice and bright. You will feel safe and secure. The upstairs bedroom and patio were fantastic. Real King bed was comfortable. Great A/C. Comfy hotel-style white bed sheets. Lots of closet space. Ensuite bathroom is bright and clean. Shower very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. It works. Sitting room is cozy enough. Back deck and plunge pool are the stars of the show. Indeed they were as amazing as they look! Spent much of our trip using it, sunny most of the day. Beach, while coral-y, does the trick! Nice sandy beaches to enjoy nearby. Barry’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The house is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook like you’re at home. Kyle was a superstar host; friendly, incredibly communicative, and always one step ahead of our needs. Naz was equally awesome, greeting us with local tips that made our stay even better. And Barry himself was a breeze to coordinate with from the first message to checkout; fast replies and genuine care throughout. We can’t recommend Barry’s place enough!

Quiet, beautiful spot on the south end of the island. Great, private view of the beach and mangroves from sprawling gardens. Occasional monkey visitors. Practical kitchen with needed equipment. Good ac in bedrooms. Giant sliding door for the main room. Strong WiFi in office and most of house and immediate deck (occasionally unstable but think that’s island issue). 15 min to grocery store. Most higher end restaurants and resort beaches on northwest coast 30 min+. Short walk down to beach - rough not swimmable but beautiful. Host was the most helpful we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Helped with all kinds of activity / reservations (for a nominal fee).

Our stay here was wonderful! We are a family of 5 and this house had plenty of space. The description in the listing is very accurate. John was great with communication, and helped make our arrival smooth. With the pool table, plunge pool, lounge chairs, and the beach access, we felt like we didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the most amazing stay. The location of the villa was 10/10. To wake up and hear the waves splashing was wonderful. Would highly recommend and would return. Xxx

I stayed with seven of my students and my colleague and it was perfect. We loved walking to the reef to do marine biology, going on the roof to star gaze and do math lessons, and the pool for the kids to unwind. I loved that the doors locked automatically so I didn’t have to worry about the kids each needing a key or forgetting to lock the doors. There was an area for us to gather as a group and the kitchen was large so more than one person could cook. Highly recommended

Helen’s place was absolutely beautiful and serene—exactly what we needed for a peaceful getaway. The lush gardens were stunning, the pool was perfect for cooling off, and to top it all off, we had playful monkeys hanging out nearby, which made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay in Barbados.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great, house is very spacious. Definetly would book again. Mike and Pam responded immediately and they gave us later check out which was a bonus.

The villa was a great for our family. Lots of room for cribs . Kitchen was well supplied with lots of glasses , plates ,bowls and cooking utensils. Monkey shows in the morning were entertaining for us all. Outdoor dining area was large and comfortable . Lots of outdoor furniture variety. Pool was just the right size . Lots of micro fiber beach towels that were very useful for taking to the beach. The beach club access was a huge advantage. We spent many days at the beach club watching the sun go down. Grocery stores are close, within walking distance. Bus service is fun and efficient for visiting other beaches . The local contact Sandy was very helpful and gave us lots of advice on places to go. We would choose this Villa again if we go back.

Tamarind Villa met all of our expectations. It was clean and kept clean by a housekeeper every couple of days. The house was only a few minutes' drive to Holetown - with great stores and restaurants, and close to the beach. Our family of four enjoyed walking to the clubhouse in the evening for a swim and we had dinner and drinks on several occasions at the restaurant on-site. Not to mention there is a picture-perfect sunset view from the pool deck of the clubhouse. Tamarind Villa and the staff at One Caribbean Estates were exceptional.

The place is bigger than the pictures so much space inside and outside. Very peaceful and loves the sound of the sea at night. Would stay there again.

Amazing stay and definitely coming back !!! Fabulous location walking distance to massys was a huge plus for us !!! The property is perfect spotlessly clean and the private pool was bliss !!!! Both Richard and his local property manager (Tricia) were fabulous with nothing too much trouble. In summary we loved it and cant wait to come back. Absolute gem of a find.

Highly Recommended. We had a tremendous family holiday at Giggles, a wonderful location and tremendously well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of local amenities such as great supermarket, fantastic restaurants, beaches, shops etc, also well placed to get the local buses or taxes if you want to get out and about more. We had a car but still enjoyed getting on the local buses now and again. The property is really well managed, great communication with Sarah and Jeanine (in charge of housekeeping) was always available for everything we needed. We found the arrival instructions really helpful and the guest book is full of invaluable tips and recommendations to help us get as much out of our trip as possible. Big shout out to the cleaners who do a great job ensuring that the house was perfect upon our arrival with everything organized and easy to find. We also thoroughly enjoyed visits from the local wildlife, including green monkeys and a variety of birds. Thank you Sarah

We had a wonderful eight day stay. The Villa was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. David was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was even nicer than the pictures portrayed.

An absolute fantastic stay at a beautiful villa! Four of us stayed at Cal's villa and we were impressed from the moment we opened the door! So much room....lots of seating and the outside area is amazing! Lots of amenities, especially if you want to cook some of your own meals. A nice plunge pool, which we rarely used, as the walk to the beach and included beach club passes, made the beach the place to be! Food and drink available at the beach, as well as free to use loungers and umbrellas. An included bonus that you don't usually find. We snorkeled right off the shore at the beach and saw a lot of fish, so bring your snorkel gear! Amazing!! 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and a bonus bathroom on the main level, made it very comfortable for all of us. Marcia, the villa manager is a delight and will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. Cal, the host, is very responsive and helpful as well. The location is top notch too. We highly recommend this place for your stay

Great location and very well designed as well as organized. Loved the view as well as how close it is to the main restaurants and beach spots.

The home is cozy and situated in the amazing estate of Royal Westmoreland. It was nice having a housekeeper and taking walks throughout the community. Getting into the estate was somewhat challenging at first because there weren't exact addresses or house numbers, but once we knew the home, it was easy thereafter.
