Remodeled 500 sqft, 1-bedroom, 1-bath, efficiency apartment that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes to the new Allegiant Stadium. Well established neighborhood where many of the homes are on an acre. The apartment is within a private secured 1-acre compound. The private entrance faces our new pool and spa. Although the apartment is attached to the main house the service entrance separating the the two can be locked and secured from either side.

The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.

They also have access to top-quality chlorine-free water that will leave your skin hydrated and hair very soft, thanks to the fact that we have an excellent water filter in our home. The accommodation is located in the upper part of the house, totally private and independent from the house, independent side entrance, all illuminated, you can park in front of the house on the street, it is a very quiet and central area, close from the freeway and 13 minutes from Las Vegas strip, everything is close, the main street (Tropicana ave) We are also 10 minutes from the airport.
