The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.
