Great place that is really nice and good for a slightly larger group, which can be really hard to find in Surabaya. It was clean and comfortable and would happily stay again!

The apartments is beautiful and super clean , feels like youre in 5 stars hotel. The interior , the kitchen and the bed rooms are awesome. The location is prime and super convenience access to airport and toll . This apartment located on top of the biggest mall in South East Asia. Superb lobby with front desk that can assist you 24 hours. Great amenities , pool and fitness also jogging track. I definitely will stay here for next visit to Surabaya.

Good location, clean.

Nice place to stay! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my time in Surabaya. The staff was alright, though there was a bit of a delay when I checked in—I had to wait around 30 minutes. Other than that, the house was clean, and everything listed in the information section matched what I found. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Surabaya again.

Great place and attentive host

Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.

The check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and flexible timing, while Devi Nathania’s excellent communication made the entire process seamless, from booking to checkout. The space was exactly as described, matching the photos perfectly with all listed amenities, and it was impeccably clean, boasting spotless furniture, linens, a pristine kitchen, and a squeaky-clean bathroom. Located in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with beautiful surroundings, great restaurants, and lots to do, this Airbnb was the perfect base for exploring, making my stay truly exceptional thanks to Devi Nathania’s outstanding hospitality!

Great Host, Good deal and Convenient. What a wonderful experience! Bryan and his team were an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.  Our family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom-clean apartment, easy check in and check out procedures, Wi-Fi is good, Android TV available, kitchen equipped, bathroom is clean-hot and cold showers work well. The apartment is located just next to one of the biggest malls in town and direct access is available to the mall. Public facilities like a pool and gym are available, an easy pickup area for online deliveries, parking spaces are free. Not forget to mention there is a car wash available at parking level 3, Excellent! Our road trip became more enjoyable. We had a pleasant stay at Bryan’s place, and it is a recommended place to stay indeed.  Thank you 

Peggy is super-nice host. her place feels like home and worth every penny. she put attention to detail, when she knew that im going with a baby, she gave me some pampers to use. for sure i will go back to this place.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Nice to see you, and if we back to surabaya we want to stay again at yours. Thank you for your hospitality 😁

The owner is friendly. Unit was clean. Complete kitchen equipment. There are towels, soap & shampoo too. Air conditioning is cold.
