Holiday rentals with a patio in Surathkal

I checked in with my family for 2days n I should say I was pretty impressed with the house n how well kept it was the host was very polite n accommodated us even though we checked in at an odd hour the rooms are squeaky clean the beds were all well kept n sheets crisp.. we had a wonderful stay there n next time i visit I dont think o need to look elsewhere.. 5stars for the host who was very sweet n charming lady

This apartment was good, clean and every shops were in walkable distance and this is located in residential apartments so don't worry for safety . Family and couples can feel safe here

“A Perfect Beachside Getaway!” Our stay at this villa near the beach was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by stunning views and the calming sound of the waves. The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. We loved the garden area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was fantastic – just steps away from the shoreline, and close to charming local restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, and the convenience of having everything nearby. The staff Gangadhar and Yashodha was friendly and attentive, always available to help with any requests we had. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat by the sea, this villa is the ideal choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Arun's place very warm and friendly host . Our specially thanks to Purru ( Mr Purshottam) who visited us every day to enquire . The couple who prepared the home like food was simple and always willing to keep us comfortable . The last being a dog lover we got so freindly with a couple of them and felt sad leaving them. We will always remember and hope to be back there again . Thanks for the wonderful hospitality and location a home away from home . Cheers

We had a comfortable stay at Chaaya’s place for 2 days 1. naresh ji her caretaker is very prompt and helpful. He was very responsive for anything we needed 2. The place is neat , with everything in working condition - TV, ACs in 2 rooms , washing machine , wifi , geysers in both bathrooms,a kitchen with all basic utensils, microwave and a water dispenser. 3. The apartment is good for families . 4. It has a good parking lot with enough space. 5. It is well equipped with everything needed for few days. 6. The location was little difficult for us at first but after Naresh ji himself came to guide us when we moved in , we were fine to be on our own 6. And lastly, it was value for money . Thank you Chaaya for making our trip comfortable

Host was proactive and gave very helpful instructions before my arrival, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place looked exactly like the photos, and all the listed amenities and services were available and in great condition. The space felt like home - peaceful, private, and cozy. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet retreat.
