Gettysburg Mini Farm

A quiet mini farm just outside historic Gettysburg. Private entrance. Living area, full kitchen stocked with condiments and breakfast items. One bedroom with queen bed and twin daybed with trundle. We currently have chickens, an apiary and alpacas. We sometimes have cows. TV works with dvd's. we have some feel free to bring your own. SLOW internet, but the best we can get here. Some phones do not work very well out here. Only 15 minutes from downtown Gettysburg but we are far from services.

Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator are provided. We have a kitchenette set up available for our guests. The Shanty at Blue Mountain

The Shanty is a one room 200 sq.ft. cottage for a weekend get-away, a short to long-term work assignment or the perfect spot for creative work like composing or writing. It is three miles from access to the Appalachian Trail and is an ideal respite for thru hikers. It is a quiet, sunny room just a few steps from a private bathroom in the main house. Views to the west and north of the Blue Mountain. Continental style breakfast is included. Weekly and monthly discounts are offered.

Sunflower Suite at Seymour Station

This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/barn adjacent to our family's home. The unit has two bedrooms plus a bed in a common area. The bathroom has a shower stall, but no tub. There is a kitchenette available with a mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and dishes. The house is brand new. It is set back off the road. its just minutes from the D&H Canal & Neversink river , 15 min from Bashakill vineyards Oakland valley race track, also trains are available in either Port Jervis or Otisville & the same time to rt 17 or 84. 30 minutes to the Monticello casino or rt 97 Barryville also ski locations near both places , 35 minutes to Warwick and Chester legoland & Milford Pa ,Bethel woods, Milford PA.

Skylands Cottage on 20 acres with pond

Complete Guest Cottage. This listing has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed which sleeps 2 and other with a queen size bed sleeps 2. Both bedrooms are upstairs & share a full bathroom in a hallway between the bedrooms ,. There is a full kitchen and of course you have a private screened in porch AND all of the outside areas including the BBQ and fire pit available for your use. and yes the pond is swimmable
