You can use the entire house studio with its sophisticated design, located at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. As you enter the front door, there is a spiral staircase in front of you. You can experience something out of the ordinary in a space furnished with masterpieces. Please feel free to use the spacious living area, the studio space, the rooftop bathroom, the wooden deck, and the garden with a stone oven. [Accommodation fee] This is the fee for the entire house. Up to 6 people can stay for a flat rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, Airbnb usage fees, etc. [Pets allowed] Please be sure to let us know when making your reservation. For more details, please refer to "Other special notes" below. [Accommodation for infants] Even infants are not allowed if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of 6 people. [Bath] The bath is located on the second floor, which is reached by climbing a spiral staircase equivalent to three floors. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. However, there are no stations or shops within walking distance, so please be sure to come by car.We recommend that you come by car or rent a car from Kayano Station. During the cold season, the living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, and bathroom are heated by underfloor heating, making it a comfortable place to stay.You can split the firewood yourself and enjoy the wood-burning stove. In the warm season, you can also enjoy BBQing on the large wooden deck in front of the sunroom. There are 2 large supermarkets, within 10 minutes drive, and easy to get food. It can accommodate up to 6 people, including a chic 2-room bedroom and a loft above the living room. There is no TV, so please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. Please note that children 2 years old and younger stay for free. We recommend coming to the facility by car. Please complete your shopping in the area around the station in advance. Please note that a day-use hot spring facility is located about a 5-minute drive away. In 2026, the sauna will be available from April to the end of November due to freezing temperatures.

For summer vacation bookings in 2026 (for stays from July 21st to August 31st), children up to elementary school age stay for free.
