Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sveti Vlas

The apartment meets the description and has a very good value for money. The apartment is really fully equipped and has everything you need to start your journey. 10min walk from aqua park and 2 min from the beach while remaining a quite place. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Fach remain super responsive when and if needed. IN a few words. I recommend warmly.

Vasil is a great host, was very helpful, always replying immediately. We were satisfied with the resort's services especially with the swimming pools. Beach is near to the place, easy to access. There are many good restaurants around. There are small grocery shops near. Bus 15 stops right in front of the entrance of the resort taking you to Burgas center and the Airport. The appartment is pretty big with a nice balcony where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings. Photos of the apartment are a bit old as the place is getting a bit run down. It wouldn't hurt to renovate a little. Still it was a good choice for our holiday.

We have visited Vineyards many times, but we loved this flat the most. it is our second time to rent it and will probably come back at the end of the summer. the flat is clean, offers everything you need for a calm vacation. The garden is so peaceful and well maintained, many birds, wonderful pools. Thank you, see you soon!

The place was perfect for a family vacation! Very clean. The apartment has everything you need. The pool area and the kid's playgrounds are very nice! We had a problem finding the location because the GPS sent us to another place, but Inessa was very nice to help us on the phone!

Excellent host. The apartment is located between Flower Street and Nessebar. Beach less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Pool /Jacuzzi/ bistro area very good. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets that are cheaper than the Flower Street area. Can walk everywhere or there are local buses, mini trains, horse and cart to get about. You can even go on day trips via the bus to other towns. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

The place is better than the photos. Lots of nice amenities on site. The internet was a bit slow, but it was also the mobile network in general. Organized offers on Cascada's website were not up to date with what they could offer. It was somewhat reduced. All in all it was a good stay. We will be back next time we are in Sunny Beach.

it was great we did no have electricity for 24 hours but the host compensate us with 3 free days of stay!

Very good host, also good communication, there was renovation works with pool and gym, so Stela suggested renting for us new hotel or money back. She is very helpfull, we advise this host for everyone!

We tried to live not by the sea, but “in the mountains” and did not regret it. Very quiet, cool at night, fresh air and no smells from restaurants. The cabin is very clean and cozy, there is everything you need. The only thing that ruined the rest a little - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. There are a lot of insects. Otherwise everything is great, lots of parking spots, quiet and polite neighbors. Sometimes a rose of winds brings nostalgic smells from a neighboring farm, this adds color. If you don't have a car, this is not your place. But if you are tired of noisy resorts, choose this option!

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

The complex in which Mag's apartment is located is very well maintained with large and nice pools, lots of greenery and is a suitable place to relax.

Beautiful apartment with a soothing view. Quiet, rest, and comfort. Clean, everything works, comfortable beds, appliances working. Pools are pleasant and intimate. Unfortunately the spa area didn't work..

Perfect bed (haven't slept so well for years), large and relaxing terrace with nice view, excellent communication with the host. I had everything that I needed. I had a great stay, definitely I recommend.

Great place in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence’s apartment. It’s as pictured, well equipped with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. It doesn’t face the pool which make it quieter with greater privacy on the terrace. The complex itself is a little tired but absolutely fine. The pool, gym and spa were great and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants but the pool bar and grill were good.
