We stayed here with our young daughter to explore the islands and we were blown away by the beauty of this spot. It was such a comfortable and peaceful stay and I would 10/10 recommend it.

Perfect place to stay!

The home itself is very pretty, clean, open and light space. We really enjoyed it. The view is very serene. There is not very much nearby, nothing within walking distance, but if you're looking for being able to relax and have a good view this is an excellent choice.

Very large and comfortable flat, perfect to visit the area!

We highly recommend booking this appartment. It is located in the small harbour of Kaljord, ferry only passes by few times per day and you can barely hear it. The availability of the ferry makes this the perfect place to visit Lofoten. The appartment is spacious and clean and provides all the comfort one could need.

This is a lovely place to stay, of course clean and well looked after. Amenities are as described and match the photos provided. Communication with Beathe is excellent both prior to and during my visit, replies always quick and positive to solve a couple of questions I had regarding the area. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other travellers.

Camilla was great! Her home was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Family friendly neighborhood. You can see the mountains and the sea from every window.

The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

This was a win for us. So comfy, close to town, everything you could poss need including many hooks and places to put our things. And Kurt was above and beyond accommodating us when we misplaced the house key. Highly recommend this airbnb.

What a fantastic place to stay! Furnished 💚 with great attention to detail, it radiates an incredible calm. The location is simply unique - ideal for switching off and enjoying. From check-in to checkout, everything went smoothly. The furnishings are of high quality and there is everything you need. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The sauna is an absolute highlight - an unforgettable experience, especially at midnight sun! ☀️ The host was always available and very friendly. We really loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for our trip around the Lofoten. The area is quiet but still super central for driving around and going for hikes. Also we were able to charge our EV which was just perfect. If we are able to revisit the Lofoten we would always come back to this absolute gem!

Warm and cozy apartment. A beautiful location.

We spent 3 days in Anette's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and a good base for visiting the area. We have seen a herd of reindeer in the street, and a moose in the neighborhood.

Hanne & her family were really amazing hosts! This stay was the best we had in our entire Scandi trip, for what’s it worth, the beautiful location and having it as our little home base while exploring all of Lofoten was amazing. We also appreciate the chocolate treat they gave us & making our check-in seamless and smooth. We would 100% be back here next time for our visit to Lofoten!

The accommodation is very spacious and so clean. It is ideally located close to the center, amenities while being in a very quiet residential area. The services offered are of very good quality, but above all, Trine is proactive, she contacts you very quickly and is very attentive to your needs. Very stylishly furnished apartment with views of the harbor entrance and the arrival of the Hurtigrut ships. Public sauna right next door, best restaurant of northern Norway about a 20-minute walk.

The house was really wonderful and we had an amazing holiday! Area is so beautiful! It is in walking distance from shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get around. The house itself is cosy and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean. We were delighted, how well equipped the kitchen was. We could come back anytime!!

We had the pleasure of staying 8 days over Easter at Roger's apartment in Ballstad. We have traveled home incredibly happy and satisfied. The apartment is lovely and central with walking distance to everything from shopping to hiking routes to bus stop. Check-in was super easy and no problem. The apartment lived up to the photos. The bed and duvets were great. The bathroom had a great shower and was clean and tidy. The kitchen lacked nothing and the living room invited for coziness. Outside there was a table and bench we had lunch by and enjoyed the view. It was a great luxury that we didn't have to clean the head, just put the towels in the laundry basket. Thank you for that. All in all, we felt incredibly at home, and could have easily taken another week. We would recommend the place and Roger as a host to anyone who would like to visit Ballstad. Roger was a great host who helped us get home as no buses drove from Ballstad. 100% worth a visit and a place we want to come back to.

Such a wonderful place to stay for a trip full of outdoor adventure and midnight sun in Lofoten! The apartment had everything we needed, was in a beautiful and quiet little cove with a stunning view, and just a short drive away from all sorts beautiful beaches, hikes, and quaint little towns. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to explore the area!
