Villa holiday rentals in Swan Lake

This was a lovely getaway, went up for Memorial Day Weekend and getting some nature in at Minnewaska state park, it was rainy this weekend so we ended up having more time at the house then planned but we were so cozy it was a delight, we had some empty tanks for the grill when we arrived but the hosts offered to reimburse us for the refuel which was very kind, also had a friend who left their jacket and keys and Kyle and Jasmine have been wonderful in helping them get it back! If you're looking to rent your own amusement park then look no further this place was absolutely amazing! My entire family took advantage of every part this house had to offer whether it was the basketball net, ping pong, karaoke machine, foosball table, the heated floors, the comfy beds, the kitchen amenities, the gym, the massage chair, the sauna. we loved it all! Not to mention it was in the perfect location for our trip. We will definitely be coming back again and hopefully again and again. Oh and the windows were amazing as was the comfy living/tv area!

The place was very big and nice. The only thing is that I can tell they were renovating the place and the smell of paint was very strong. Beautiful home and very roomy. However, if you will be staying here, make sure to bring some very warm PJs, not for the bedrooms but the kitchen/dinning and living room areas. The place had lots of window so this is why it was a bit hard to warm up those areas but heaters were available to help warm up the place. Overall it was a beautiful home and the host was very responsive. I just wish that with all these AirBnB's they would allow us to check in earlier since check out is so early. You don't get your money's worth or get to enjoy anything. We are checking if after 4 PM (because that is the normal check in time) then have to leave as soon as you wake up EARLY on a Sunday. So technically you enjoy your stay for a day.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids had a blast with the swing set and in the playroom. Just a heads-up: cell signal is limited in the area, but the WiFi worked well and kept us connected. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We had a lovely stay- large family in town for a college graduation. The kitchen was great for cooking, large dining tables both inside and on the large screened porch. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, which was stocked with plenty of wood and the pool table. We had one issue and the owners were very responsive. Make sure you bring slippers because shoes aren’t allowed in the house and the basement floor is chilly. Definitely recommend the house.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We felt at home the entire stay and had everything we needed. Carl was really easy to work with. I mistakenly booked the trip a day shorter than needed. At the last minute I realized my mistake and Carl was quick to respond that adding an extra day was no problem. The system had a problem though allowing me to book an overnight stay on the same day I “checked out,” but Carl worked back and forth with me and with AirBnb help until I was finally able to book that extra night. Carl remained professional, calm, and polite, even though I know that was probably stressful and a pain to deal with. The problem was 100% on me, but he helped to fix it with such grace. I really appreciate the professionalism. I highly recommend both Carl and this specific rental. Thank you!

Our family weekend at Casa Julia was awesome. All 3 generations loved the layout of the house and the beautiful lake across the street. The house was nicely decorated, matched the pictures, and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for relaxation and exploring the Catskills!

This house was amazing. Rented this air bnb for my son’s 13 birthday. It was a family thing. The pool and game room was a big hit since it was rainy and cold. The beds were very comfortable, caught up on some well needed rest. There was a few hiccups but once I notified Steven he had everything solved right away. Local market was 10 mins away, pizza shop and Chinese. It was a really great week and most importantly my son had a blast. Thank you Steven I definitely wouldn’t mind coming back.

The stay was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals when we wanted to. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. Our host, Israel, was incredibly welcoming and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for a large group of people with a great pool. We hope to visit again soon!

The house was very comfortable for 13 of us. It is in a very small town with nothing to do but it is close enough to drive where you need to. It has beautiful views and very peaceful surroundings.

Alexander’s place is as described and look like the pictures. We stayed for one week end with friends to enjoy one day skiing and it was great! We had some trouble making the sauna and pool work at the beginning but Alexander sent someone to help quickly which was much appreciated 3’ drive from the slopes of Hunter and enough space to comfortably fit 12 people Would definitely recommend for a week end between friends or a big family reunion Thank you!
