Holiday rentals with a sauna in Swan River

Executive Escapes responded quickly when the aircon wasn't working and we're able to advise, also arranged for someone to service it extremely quickly. Subi is a great place to stay. It's close to shops, great restaurants and public transport. We'd certainly consider staying there again the next time we visit Perth.

Absolutely loved our stay in Subiaco, the apartment was easy to find from the train station, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the location is perfect for getting around the city. We were very impressed

We had a wonderful stay at May's apartment. The place matched the description perfectly. It’s very conveniently located near public transportation. The kitchen could use a few more items, but overall it was manageable.

Perfect location and close to the beach and restaurants. Property was clean and spacious and Rachel was a excellent host. Would recommend this property if travelling with family or group of friends. Was perfect for our 7 night stay in Scarborough.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashlea and Liams, Zookeepers Rest! It was the perfect location for what we were after, beautiful walks along the river, ferry across to the city, and lots of great places to eat! Ashlea was an amazing host, greeted us upon arrival to walk us through, and was always quick in responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend the Zookeepers Rest!

hands down the best air bnb I've ever stayed in. the personal touches were so thoughtful and extremely generous. beautiful natural products everywhere, face masks, personal hygiene, toothbrushes, amazing tea selection and coffee the list goes on. the decor is so tasteful and lovely and the energy of the space is beautiful. highly recommended

Trevor should be a super super host. He went out of his way to enable our stay and answers messages promptly. This is our second visit to the apt. It was very clean well stocked and in a great location. We are hoping to come back for a third visit sometime. Thank you Trevor.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

Andreys was an excellent option for my children and I! unfortunately it rained the whole time, but that can't be helped. what was a help was the central heating and a nice big bathtub! Very secure and very quiet. The kids loved the toys and games and books! Probably the best I have stayed in for school holidays with the kids! Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We had an awesome family Christmas, plenty of space, pool and back deck was perfect on windy days, walk to the beach and all the amenities you need in a family home. An early checkin offered unsolicited was much appreciated!

lovely host and place! was a super comfortable stay, the bus stop was only a few minutes away and barcelona even very kindly walked me to it on the first day to show me where it is. the train station's a little further but still a managable walk. the neighborhood gets quite dark at night with only a few sparse street lamps but it did not feel dangerous at all, though if you're coming from somewhere that's brightly lit at night it does take some getting used to. still, the place was beautiful and the location is great too!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home, it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available if we had any questions or needed local tips. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

My experience was wonderful Shelah is a very nice person, happy, friendly, empathetic a lovely person. I feel like in my house. Her zara dog is a nice dog an emphy. I feel confortable in her house.

From the day of my arrival to the day of my departure after two weeks, I felt completely at easy. Linda and Ian are extremely warm, helpful and considerate people. You feel like you`ve known these lovely people forever. I will be travelling to Australia again in two years´time. And I will definitely return to the place where I felt at home. To two people who couldn´t be more wonderful.
