PLOMPEBLAD GUESTHOUSE GIETHOORN detached with private entrance on the village canal in the city center of Giethoorn. Luxury accommodation and entirely private. Living room with complete kitchen. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The luxurious spacious suite is furnished with a cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV, minibar, double box spring, double sink, Jacuzzi, hair dryer, a bathroom with spacious rain shower and a toilet. 'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Breakfast can be added for €15 p.p. per day.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.
