This brand new house sleeps 6 adults (or 4 adults and 3 children) and features a full kitchen, free WiFi, bedding, linens, and toiletries. A canoe and paddleboat are also available for your use!

Recently constructed custom A-frame home situated on 4 private wooded acres, right next door to its sister property. Located in the beautiful Swinging Bridge Lake community, this property is just a 3 minute car ride up the hill from the two full service marinas (Starlight marina and Swinging Bridge marina) as well as the Swinging Bridge Neighborhood boat launch where you can launch your own power boat, kayak, or canoe at no cost!
