Das Tinyhome ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernguts. Die ehemalige Scheune wurde in ein eigenständiges kleines Haus mit drei Wohnebenen umgewandelt (total 50m2). Erste Ebene: voll ausgestatteter Küche (Kühlschrank, Backofen/Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler), Bodenheizung und Sitzbereich mit Holzkamin und Schlafsofa. obere Ebenen: helles Badezimmer und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett(180x200). Privater Aussenbereich mit Wasserfläche und Feuerstelle. Die Waschküche kann mitbenutzt werden.

Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commerçants et d'un parking. La chambre d'hôte se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du Lac et 10 de la gare.

Hochwertiges Loft, in einer 300 Jahre alten Stall, wir haben den Heuboden ausgebaut WC und Dusche separat. Direkt an Skipiste, Wander- und Bikewege. Sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur die Vögel zwitschern und den Brunnen plätschert. Sehr gute Zufahrt mit dem Auto.

Liebevoll ausgebauter Walser-Stall in den Bergen

Das Ferienhaus Dutjen, von uns liebevoll „Hüttli“ genannt, war einmal ein Walser-Stall und steht in Under Dutjen, oberhalb von Valendas GR. Heute ist es unser privates Ferienhaus. Es ist der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen.
