Waterfront 4 bedroom house with hot tub

Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

The home is located in the heart of Sydney and is full of character. The house is a block away from beautiful Wentworth Park. Downtown Sydney is within walking distance. The home has five bedrooms and plenty of space. Each of the three levels has a bathroom. There is a large deck in the backyard with a new BBQ. The kitchen contains all you need to cook meals. The home is decorated with antiques and historic pictures of Sydney. There are games, TV and internet to keep you entertained!

Cozy Spot

This is a newly built and centrally located Airbnb located within minutes of the ocean. Equipped with all the amneties of home for a nice stay , 2 bedroom's included and has lots of room including 2 bathrooms with showers in each. There is Tv's in each unit with a couch to relax. Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.
