Join me for a 2.5-hour Street Food Tour and discover the island where I grow up through the eyes of a local. Uncover hidden corners of my island often missed and savor a variety of authentic Sicilian specialties. We start with a refreshing Sicilian coffee, followed by the iconic Arancino, a savory rice ball with ragú that will delight your taste buds. Then, we’ll explore the island’s charming, off-the-beaten-path areas, leading us to the bustling local fruit and vegetable market. At the market, meet my friend Francesco, who will introduce us to Capuliato (sun-dried tomato pesto), artisanal salami, and local cheeses. Enjoy delicious almond pastries, rich pistachio cream, and the best panino of your life from a renowned mozzarella maker. Our tour concludes at the city’s top gelateria, where you’ll savor refreshing granita made with seasonal fruit. My personal favorite is the mulberry flavor! Please note that dishes may vary based on seasonal availability. My goal is to provide an authentic local experience with fresh, organic ingredients. Etna walk and taste Tour from Siracusa

This experience is for those who prefer easy and low-physical effort tours We spend a day on the highest active volcano in Europe. We're going to learn about her naturalistic and folkloric aspects and to sample some of its typical gastronomic products. Siracusa's Archeological tour & "cannoloterapy"

The experience will take place inside the monumental Neapolis Archaeological Park of Syracuse, a grandiose World Heritage Site that contains the most important classical, Greek and Roman testimonies of this millenary city. In particular, the walk will unleash the wonderful Greek Theater, the lush "Latomia of Paradise", the legendary and surprising "Ear of Dionysius", the magnificent sacrificial altar of Hieron 2nd, the Roman Amphitheater. So after having "tasted" the story, we will move to a nearby and famous local confectioner craftsman to finish the tour with a "sweetness" and Sicilian delicacy: the ricotta cannoli; prepare according to tradition. Syracuse in one day

We will start our day at the Temple of Apollo, and from there we will take a nice walk into Ortigia, which will lead us into the traditional and characteristic narrow alleys. Walking down the same roads as the locals, observing the daily life as it goes by, snooping into the traditional shops and observing how things are outside of the turistic areas will make you truly feel like you belong to this place. The natural conclusion to this lovely walk is, given that we are in an island, the seafront. Just the seafront by itself offers a lot to visit, from the local fish market to the traditional expositions. During our walk, we’ll recharge ourselves tasting some local products, such as almond granita, almond milk, tea and lemon granita, arancini, pizzette and so on. We’ll discover some magic places to take photos and also, place where staring at the sun. The tour will finish in front of a characteristic restaurant/local food shop where, if you want, you can have a delicious meal. Other things to note Tickets for monuments are included. Meal is not included.

Bike Around "Magna Grecia"

We will bike around the East Coast of Sicily, where the ancient Greeks used to live here centuries and centuries ago! This is the main reason why this area is called "Magna Grecia", that is to say, the Italian colonies of ancient Greece. If you like outdoor sports and you want to experience the perfect weather in Sicily, come and ride! During this half-day experience, we will see together hidden gems of the area, such as a greek temple, abandoned fields, amazing beaches. (We Can arrange different hours, ask please) the ride is approximately 3 hours long, but don't be afraid of your biking level, we don't push too hard :-) Other things to note This experience depends on the weather conditions. If it rains heavily or if it is too windy, the experience could be canceled.
