Beautiful stone built bothy dating back to 19th century. Lovingly restored with original stonework around a cosy wood burner. We offer outstanding views across the Kyle of Sutherland and are situated in quiet countryside. The Bothy has a small kitchen (with limited cooking e.g. Airfryer ), bathroom with shower and use of laundry facilities if required. . We are situated 1 hour North of Inverness and only 1 hour from Ullapool on the stunning NC500 route. BBQ and charcoal provided.

A warm welcome, always, awaits you at our family ran apartment. There is a 2 ceramic hob rings with microwave oven, giving you the option to either eat out or have a cosy meal in. Ensuite bathroom, tv, double sofa bed and a single bed. Linen and towels provided. We are dog friendly but due to the small space this is at our discretion but please enquire prior to booking. We accommodate two people maximum with the choice of a sofa bed and/or single bed.

Our caravan is on a small family working farm. Come and see the highland cows as well as rest of the farm animals. Your welcome to wonder about the farm/area at your leisure. There is a small sitting area outside with table and chairs. All beds are made and towels are included. Tea,Coffee,Sugar & biscuits included. Free use of Washing machine . A lovely contemporary cottage in a very peacful location. Having private access to a bank of the River Naver was a real privilege. Inside was immaculate, I wanted for for nothing. If I found myself travelling again to this part of the far north, I would happily stay at Rowan House again.

Amazing escape from the busy world. We loved the calm environment at the bothy and the wildlife in the surroundings. Spending some days without permanent electricity and cooking on the Rayburn was a great experience to slow down during holidays

Spent 2nights at Marilyn's chalet, and have to say, we were so glad we chose here to stay. The accommodation was everything we needed and more! Marilyn was on hand to give advice on the surrounding area and was the perfect host. The location was 2 minutes away from the most amazing beach, we hope to be able to visit again in the near future and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We checked in to a clean, welcoming home with great amenities, fast Wifi and a well planned kitchen with proper utensils. Michael was really responsive to our questions about laundry facilities. There was a wood fire all ready to light in the wood stove, but it was sunny and warm and we didn’t light it. But a thoughtful touch.

Wow what a stunning place this is! The view is exactly like in the pictures, so peaceful and such a great place to watch the world go by. Angus and Ishbel were fantastic hosts and very welcoming. The place was very well equipt with everything you could need and spotlessly clean. It is very well situated for exploring the surrounding area - we enjoyed lots of beautiful hill walks and beaches. We even managed to spot a few seals while sitting out on the deck. What a brilliant week - we would definitely come back!
