Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. The fenced garden and the approx. 40 sqm living area are perfect for individual people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. BBQ together on the stone grill in the evening and eat together on the large semi-roofable terrace, read a book on the Hollywood swing and a sandpit for the youngest ones. The settlement at the Kiessee is located a few minutes from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

The location near the Wieker Bodden is ideal for long walks or bike tours. Via the Wittower ferry, which is only 2 km away, you can also quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches in Wiek, Dranske or Glowe.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
