My house is built in the garden, away from the busy of town, it only takes you 10 mins walk to the centre though. The house is a quite place and has the view of Sa pa town and Ham Rong mountain. Aimed at convenience, the house has its own bathroom, a small kitchen with amenities that you can prepare your own meal. There's also working space for you who need to work while traveling with high speed wifi. Outside is garden and terrace where you can sit, enjoy a coffee and chill out.

There is also a pretty mezzanine for enjoy cosy times, read books, drink tea, play games, or for add mattresses if you have happy kids or just be happy friends who want to stay together. it was a perfect place for our stay in Sa Pa. the location was very central that allowed us to explore the many restaurants and cafes in the area. the place was clean and spotless and had all the things and amenities plus more. the host was thoughtful and made our stay as homey as possible. truly recommended.
