Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

A former Adega grape press has been transformed into a beautiful family home with a private outdoor terrace, garden & BBQ within a stunning historic Quinta estate including swimming pool, gardens and cascading olive orchards. It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Situated right on the banks of the Pomares river, this newly refurbished luxury 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, set in the heart of the Alva Valley. The apartment has a balcony over looking the river beach of Avo, where you can enjoy the fresh water of the Alva river. Right next to the apartment you have a coffee/bakery shop, a small grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bank. Around the property you can enjoy many different walking paths in nature.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

Our child friendly rural retreat has plenty of room to roam, relax and play! Just a few minutes from Tabua town you can access shops, restaurants and facilities with ease. Four-bed Casa do Mondego is one of three properties available to rent at Quinta da Rabaçal, a serene complex of three idyllic vacation cottages. Taking its name from the river which runs past the site, Casa do Mondego is the largest of the cottages.

It has a spectacular view of the Mondego River and plenty of sun exposure. It also has a fantastic garden space suitable for events and families.
