This is the second time I stay in this condominium and I would stay again has a beautiful view the beach is a few steps away is a very quiet and safe place very clean and the staff of the condominium are very pleasant thanks Camila is a very kind person, helpful she at all times is aware of one 💯 percent recommended

We spent some very pleasant days, it is a very quiet building, very close to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for those of us who stayed with Paulo, highly recommended.

My family and I loved the place, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wetlands and the beach. I was very impressed by the excellent security it has, I highly recommend it. And Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment, is very dear.

Sergio’s place is absolutely stunning, it has everything I was looking for, since my parents have currently mobility issues, having the beach just in front with this beautiful view has been amazing! I highly recommended this place, and I hope I can come back with my wife and son soon!

After searching a lot, I stayed there and the place was really amazing, a very good view, super nice and comfortable, the apartment is ideal to go with your family and Lili is super friendly. I would come back again without thinking!

I would definitely stay at this place again. Luis was an excellent host , always attentive to any situation, the attention of place in general is very good, all the staff is attentive and friendly. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay , has a very good location , by the sea front and tourist places a few minutes away.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

I was in the apartment with my parents, my husband and my brother. The space was sufficient, well-equipped, and easy to access. The private beach exit is great and allows quick access to the building, as well as being very scenic. Pleasant space, with a SPECTACULAR view. The photos fail to show the beauty and tranquility it evokes. There were some details, which were resolved promptly thanks to the constant communication with Adriana and the timely response of the ladies. Dora and Nelcy. Also, the check-out experience was excellent. Recommendation: wearing earplugs or sound-cancelling headphones will allow you to fully enjoy the relaxing scene, which is sometimes accompanied by the loud whistling of the characteristic beach breeze of the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. I loved the place, every day I was with my family I felt at home, the apartment is very comfortable and cute , the spectacular location, the common areas of the divine and impeccable building. It will certainly be my destination whenever I go to Santa Marta!

The stay was incredible, it is a very comfortable house, well equipped, and with an excellent location. As seen in the photos, we also liked that the condominium provides the carp service on the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

A very peaceful place with a private beach, possibly the quietest spot in the area. Evenil and his family helped us a lot, from getting fresh fish to arranging local transportation. Highly recommended!

The location of the apartment is ideal, in front of the beach with a unique view. The person in charge was attentive all the time, the instructions were very clear, the perfect space for the 6 people who stayed and everything was very organized and clean. Excellent accommodation.

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean. You walk outside & you're literally on the beach. Playa Salguero is a great place to swim. You also get to be around the local fisherman which is nice The apartment is very comfortable and Pedro is a great host. Very responsive. About a 15 minute drive to Santa Marta. Gathering at sunset is a beautiful part of the experience.
