The location, at an elevation of 700m makes the climate a bit cooler. The day temperature is around 28c and drops to around 20c at night. Minca is a must to visit on your vacation in Santa Marta, there are excellent hiking possibilities, many beautiful waterfalls, as well as excursions such as horseback riding, coffee tours, bird watching, etc.
