Holiday rentals with a patio in Taguig City

I had a fantastic experience staying at Heather’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear and prompt throughout. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place was easy to find. At first, the way there felt a bit sketchy, but once we entered the gated village, it was peaceful, quiet, and very secure. Kuya Jeffrey, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful. There's a small sari-sari store on the ground floor, and Grab delivery is available too, which made things super convenient. The unit was clean, private, and perfect for relaxing while we waited for our errand nearby. We really appreciated the flexible check-in and being allowed an extra hour for late check-out. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for a quiet and hassle-free stay!

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb in Manila, and we enjoyed our stay! It was small but perfect for us. The space was very clean and had amenities for everything you need. We arrived at 10 pm and getting into the room we quick and easy. Our house was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed walking to local bakeries and coffee shops. The only thing that was unexpected was it is somewhat close to a naval academy so on our first morning we heard announcements on a speaker from them at 5:30 am. But we didn't hear it the next morning. Not sure how often that happens, but it wasn't a huge problem for us. Other than that everything was perfect!!!! We would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Manila:)

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

The host was extra accommodating and considerate as when the internet was down due to the technical issues with the provider in the area, she's kind enough to offer an internet package to help me through the down time as I have heaps of conference calls all the time.

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Our family had a great stay! Robert was very accommodating and kept in touch with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—close to recreational areas, making it easy to get out and explore. The room was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having access to a free pool was a fantastic bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay and will surely go back.

We had a great stay at Tom’s place! The water pressure was excellent, and we never ran out of hot water. The view was beautiful, and Tom’s team and the building staff were very friendly. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the mineral water dispenser and ample toothpaste for the week. The towels and linens smelled good and clean as well. I recommend this place and would definitely go back. Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you, Tom and team!

Had a great stay at Mark's place. Unit was clean, very minimalist design but very functional. good wifi, excellent AC. Mark was very helpful and friendly during our stay, a cool host.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable staycation. The place was clean and cozy, the scenic view was calming and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.

This place is worth the money I spent. It's in a great location and within walking distance to Uptown Mall. Mary Anne is a super host with excellent communication. I added a few guests on different days because my sisters wanted to spend some time with me before I traveled back abroad, and it was so easy to communicate these changes with her. There are two AC units in the unit, but to be honest, one is enough to cool the place. The staff at the reception are all easy to communicate with. I will definitely book this place again.
