Kugino Station is a 2-minute drive and a short walk away. You can see Mt. Aso from the room and garden.The air is clean and wonderful. A base for sightseeing in Aso. 2 minutes by car to Hisakino Onsen Shiki no Mori (hot spring). There are two houses on a site of about 1100㎡. This listing is a private rental and can accommodate up to 2 cars.Depending on the vehicle type, you can park about 4 vehicles.If you have 3 or more vehicles, please tell us the model. 4 people can sleep in the Japanese-style room on the 1st floor and 5 people can sleep in the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The view from Kugino Roadside Station is also spectacular. Please come and warm up by the fireplace in winter and cool off in summer as it is a summer resort. Children can run around in the large lawn garden. Shampoo, body soap, and bath towels are provided for each person. We do not provide toothpaste or toothbrushes. Please make a reservation with the correct number of people. We are checking with the outside surveillance cameras. If we find out that the number of guests is different, we will charge 20,000 yen per night. In order to be fair about the cancellation fee, we will charge the cancellation fee according to the policy regardless of the reason. We will charge you an additional cleaning fee if there is any stains, used dishes left behind, or if there is a cigarette odor in the room

This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places to eat out at night in the neighborhood, so cooking is recommended. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs within a 10-minute drive. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October. We do not recommend it at other times of the year because it is too cold. The stove in the garden is available for free. We will prepare a set of BBQ supplies for ¥2,500. Bringing your own is free. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Take a big, deep breath and refresh yourself from the heart. ●Here’s what you need to know · There are many mosquitoes and insects because there is a garden with many trees. If you don't like insects, it may be difficult to enjoy. The facility is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from having loud conversations in the garden or on the deck after 8 pm.

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

Main bedroom has 2 beds, a big closet, working space and another Japanese style room has two futons. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can use it for a long stay without any inconvenience. There is a wood stove in the living room which is available in winter after receiving instructions from the host. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.
