The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can stay with a large number of people, such as family and friends. No meals are provided. You are welcome to use the full kitchen freely. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely.  夜は徒歩で行ける展望台や、隣接する湖畔キャンプ場、または庭といったすぐそばで星空が見られる静かなロケーションです。 （※展望台は雪が積もる季節は登れません） 屋内では、Wi-Fiで簡単に操作できるプロジェクターでホームシアターも楽しめます。隣接する民家がないので、いつでも大音量でお楽しみいただけます。 滞在中は84㎡の占有面積をご自由にお使いいただけます。 洗濯乾燥機を無料で使っていただけますので、長期滞在にもお勧めです。 自炊も可能な設備をご用意していますので、旅行プランに合わせた滞在スタイルを楽しんでいただけます。 冬季（1月〜3月中旬）は、施設付近の道路に雪や氷が残ることがあります。お越しの際はスタッドレスタイヤ装着の車と、できれば４WDでお越しください。

Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
